Food is great. Took almost 20 minutes to get in and out of there. One person working isn’t enough for the amount of guest yall have. No sweet tea available, no foot long cookies available. I asked for the foot long churro, which he said they had but did not have the wrapper to put them in so he could not give them to me. If online orders come through yall stop taking care of the guest in front you and make those orders first for some reason.

Ordered online, when I arrvied, Iwas told they were out of multiple breads I ordered because the dough wasn't defrosted. Bread that was given seemed small and old. We ordered around 5:40 so it shouldn't have been an issue. There was also a child in the food making area. Stuff happens but all the compounding issues was pretty terrible!
Order turkey sub , got chicken mex sub. Very sloppy sandwich.

Made my order from Uber eats and all I got was a sandwich and a drink. They said there was no chips and no cookies. I tried to call the store and no one ever answered and Uber Eats would not refund me. I will NEVER order from here again

Ordered 3 sandwiches online, got there and there was a bag with 2 sandwiches. The receipt on their bag showed 3. He argued a bit, but said they had been busy. He checked the 2 sandwiches and made my 3rd one. Got home and the first 2 weren't mine. Mistakes with food suck, but employees who don't care are worse. I tried to provide feedback through app, but hard to do, so putting it on Google. Pics are supposed to be a steak and cheese on Flatbread and a teriyaki chicken. Don't tell me you checked when you didn't. This clearly was not my order

Would be less than a one if I could. I went to use the men's room and a male employee walks out. The toilet was splattered with poop. I said gross from the hallway and he turned around and says it was already like that. I asked aren't you going to clean it and he said I just got here and walked away and went to the food counter. Wish I knew the phone number to the owner to call you really don't care more about your store than that. No thanks I'll stay away.
