My family of four came in to dine in tonight 4-13-24 so my husband could get some good crawfish. Upon coming in we stood at the door to be sat, after about 5 minutes of several different employees looking at us one who was sitting down talking to someone at a table finally got up and told us we can sit anywhere and that someone would be right with us. This restaurant was NOT BUSY. We chose a table close to the door. We sat down started looking through the menu waiting on someone to greet us. After about ANOTHER 5 minutes another family of 3 walked in we still had not been greeted. Not even a minute after they walked in someone told them they can sit wherever and it was no longer than 30 seconds they were greeted with a waitress who asked for their drink order. My husband looked at me and said we are leaving. I have been in the restaurant industry for 10 years and being a restaurant manager myself I know how it can be if it gets busy however this was not the case and we were definitely seen by more than one employee however they took it upon themselves to greet another table instead of my family of 4 with two very small children who wanted to eat a good meal after a long day at the park. Also to add I door dash on the side and the night before I waited over 20 minutes for a door dash order. Seems like service is very slow at this restaurant and they pick and choose who they want to serve. Will not return for a re-do.

Went there for the first time. In Alvin for a basketball tournament. Service was so slow. We sat in the restaurant for 45 minutes waiting for A large pizza, salad, seafood gumbo, sausage in marinara sauce, clam chowder and a salad. Very disappointing. We didn't finish anything besides the pizza. I asked for my refund on the seafood gumbo because it was taking so long. Didn't get my money back, the gumbo was intolerable. Just a bad experience overall.

Was really excited to try this place out the food was good I ordered through uber and unfortunately the driver was late picking up my order the manager called to let me know that my order was reading and that he would wait for the driver to get there even though they were closed by 10 will definitely be coming in to order next

I tried to inquire about a job and possibly working for this company and whoever I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude about it hung up on me and was obviously so inexperienced that they don't know when a typical dinner rush actually starts and used that as their excuse the only reason this even has a star from me it's because there is no option to leave a zero star review on here which there should be because some places just like this one warranted it and I would warn anyone from spending their hard-earned money here and giving the money that you work for away to people who are going to treat people like that. Because of this I would not recommend eating or trying to work here

Ordered Spaghetti with meat balls and it came with 2 pieces of garlic bread. The order came to $15 and it was a To Go order. Let's just say it wasn't worth it at all. Everything was just sad, watery Spaghetti. Hopefully the food is better in person but not to go. If I could post a picture I would.
