We come here almost every Thursday evening, family tradition as we are from Oklahoma. But service gets more horrible every week. Very disappointed in this braums.

This location has gone downhill. Fries are soggy and not salted, the ice cream counter is a mess, service is insanely slow, and on top of all that our order is almost always wrong. We waited for 30 minutes at the speaker and ended up leaving because no one had even taken our order, and none of the cars besides us or in front of us had moved.

Waited in line over 30 min. Paid for and all, just to be told my order got forgotten & to pull forward and wait some more. I asked for a refund to just be on my way, that even took a while. Terrible service period.

This is the absolute worst Braums to go to. Sat in the drive thru line for 35 minutes and they took 8 cars orders in the line next to me. I finally said "Hello?" And they told me to wait. Another 2 cars had their order taken in the other line and I said "Hello?" again and no answer. I decided to leave and drove to the Soncy Braums, got through the line and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Do NOT waste your time at this Western Braums!!!

I & my family used to look forward to "Braum's" Nights - in fact it was a reward for when we celebrated success with family and friends. This location has "nose dived" over the course of the last few weeks! It happened so fast I didn't understand what could have gone wrong then I discovered that the manager was fired. This location seems to be destined for failure - to bad. I already miss the good times spent there. I WON'T BE BACK!

There seemed to be a lot of confusion on how to fill drive-through orders. Couldn’t find the orders in their computers. Ice-cream was melted by the time we made it to the window.

This location was quite slow; stood for more than ten minutes with 6 to 8 employees running around, and no one in line inside the store to assist. Ordered a chicken salad which, they either don't serve this often, or very poor selection of greens - I got only the butts of the lettuce that was rusty.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a sliding door which is easy for wheelchairs to get in and out. Did not check out the restroom though.

Got a chicken club sandwich... which was old and no bacon.. lettuce was wilted.. will not be going back... needs to be cleaned behind the line... braums on
