Street tacos and fries were cold. Wings were good. Tacos were taken off our ticket after I brought up our concerns.The table behind us never got waited on and the group let it be known and stormed out.Several of the staff were more concerned with their phones than customers. Our waitress was good.I hope they weren't someone that had flown into Amarillo and this was their impression of Amarillo.

Went on a Thursday night and the place was pretty empty. Our server was new, but was trying to keep up with quite a few tables at the same time which resulted in slow service. She was great and was trying her best with the cards that were dealt.The food= Not good. Nobody in my party of 10 was satisfied and this is not what I've typically seen at a BWW. I ordered a salad and it was the saddest looking salad I've ever seen. The waitress agreed and was sympathetic. She offered to give me 2 more chicken strips, but when these came out, it was clear that the sauce was different than the strips/sauce on the salad. The kitchen sent out out some of the spiciest strips that they had and I don't believe that this was an accident.Bad food, but kudos to our waitress.

I came in completely sober! They will cut you off after 5 drinks regarless if you order $40 in food by your self. The 400lb bartender will just laugh at you and not care! I will not be back and do not recommend anyone to come here!!! Management is complete trash!!! I can see why on a Friday night they have nobody going there!!! This place will shut down very soon!

This place needs to be inspected. Sauce on all the menus at the CLEAN tables. Food all over the floor. Clean up are below par. With call in or table orders, the service is really slow. Waitress kept walking by the table. We left. Filthy menus and filthy floors make you wonder about the kitchen. Would probably fail inspection.

Dont waste your time the drinks are iced down, the food is not worth chewing the store is dirty only 3workers doing lunch food made wrong twice tore up chairs they need staff and a remodel. Boxes everywhere out back dumpster need to be washed down they smell bad. The bar staff are nice but they need help.

Got an order of 20 wings. Dry and old and very little sauce. Also ordered a potatoe wedge, and I literally got 9 wedges. All this for 34.00 dollars...Now it was at 1:00 am so maybe they just threw some scraps together to get me out the door but 34.00 for dry wings with little to no sauce is horrible.
