Food was pretty much standard for CFA. I'm trying not to let the fact that it was the first food I had eaten in almost 48 hours color my review, but they still have one of the best chicken sandwiches, although I am not a fan of the bun. The restaurant was surprisingly not busy, which made ordering and finding a table a breeze.

We had lunch here the other day, and I’ve never eaten at this location of Chick-fil-A? We got there about noon, and it was somewhat busy. But this location, compared to the store in 45th and Coulter, is much, much better, in my opinion. The restaurant was very clean in the dining area, which is an important feature in my personal standard for eating at any restaurant or fast food establishment. The lady taking orders at the register was very thorough and so very helpful! She was a shining star to the customers! She reviewed our order to make sure it was correct. She then took our payment and we sat down. Our order came out very fast, and we checked our order and it was correct, even down to the very sauces that we ordered! I was blown away, bc this is not the standard practice that we’ve seen at the store on Coulter? Our food was fresh, and very hot, and tasted wonderful! I wished we lived closer to this particular store as I would definitely make this my favorite store! We finished our meal bc we had to get back to work! I was watching the ppl at the register who were continuing to take orders, and every person that I seen was just as helpful as the lady who took our order! Everyone that I seen was smiling, courteous, respectful and was, just happy!!Parking: This store is much, much better than the store on Coulter! There’s a big, free parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. This store’s drive thru is also better designed for quicker service! There were no issues concerning the drive thru which is yet another reason why I’m comparing this store to the store on Coulter! I’ve never been to this location, so it helped me to compare the two stores!Kid-friendliness: This is a kid-friendly establishment, with a kid friendly menu!Wheelchair accessibility: It is accommodating for wheelchair access in/out of the building, tables are in place for wheelchair seating and the bathroom is wheelchair accessible as well.

So, I went again on 3/4/25 to get a to-go order, but I thought to myself, I am going to check my order before I leave. Well guess what, I was shorted 2 fries.
