When you order a grilled chicken club sandwich and say just cut the tomatoes, you should get more than just a small piece of grilled chicken between the bread (chicken was on a diet too)… but no cheese or bacon! Good job!And… when someone ask for a grilled chicken Cobb and you still put fried on it, you’re really killing it, good job!When you go back to the counter and make eye contact with 5-6 different employees, as you hold your incorrectly made salad, nobody ask if you need help, they just ignore you. What an experience!! I should have just kept driving to where I was going originally. This is easily the worst Chick-fil-A I visit, and I travel across multiple states for work.. give yourselves a raise!! It was dead in there yet it seemed like nobody wanted to take an order, enter it correctly or solve it when your team screwed it up. That’s the magic right there - the trifecta of typical fast food.

The Sandwich was fresh. Fries were full of broken end pieces and not fresh. Surprisingly at 1230 in the afternoon. The line was long but I should have still received fresh fries. I hate that because I drove an extra half an hour to treat myself to Chick-fil-A.

We stopped in Chick-fil-A the other day for lunch! It was very busy as usual, with cars stacked out to the street and down the street. We went in as it wasn’t as busy as the drive thru. We both ordered and then sat down.Parking: The parking lot is plenty, although during lunch, when that’s their busiest time, it’s hard to navigate thru all the cars lined up in the drive thru to get to or find a parking spot? There needs to be something different configured for extra long lines of cars thru their drive thru lanes bc it’s very congested. Cars can’t get in or out very easily? And if an emergency vehicle needed in there, it would not be an easy? But bc of where the store is located, idk a simple answer and neither do they?Kid-friendliness: There’s kid friendly menus and kids can order from the regular menu at regular menu prices.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking as well as handicap seating!
Entrance, drive through design and rules are ??. Don’t miss the first turn in or you’ll get to circle the building, only to realize you’re going the wrong way. Once you reverse out of that, you get to circle around some other random businesses and are forced to get back onto the road. Once you finally turn into the correct entrance you then see that you can only go in one lane if your car is big. Meanwhile 6 others cars get ahead of you in the other line. ??

Parking: Parking lot can accommodate up to 40 cars near building, additional parking can be accessed in larger parking of near businesses.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu of smaller portions with options of milk, juice, or soft drinks with fruit choice instead of fries.Wheelchair accessibility: Limited spaces in front of building with ramp to entry. Few tables with chairs that can be moved to accommodate wheelchairs or small mobility scooters.
