If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. I'm so tired of spending my hard earned money at these restaurants and getting horrible customer service. I was at your restaurant last night, and it was moderately busy. This is not the first time I have left your restaurant unhappy because of poor customer service either. This time a girl was making my tacos the way I was asking her too, when another girl came over and YANKED my food away from her because she seemed to think that the other girl was too slow, I guess. The 2nd girl decided for me that my order was complete, and started wrapping my tacos. When I asked her to let me finish, and she sighed and looked at me. I told the first girl I only want a few onions and peppers on my tacos, which is what she was doing when she was rudely interuppted. The 2nd girl proceeded to pile on a heap of onions/peppers and started to wrap my tacos. AGAIN, she didn't let me finish. I asked her for some queso and sour cream, and she ladled it all over my tacos. Then she smashed it together while wrapping, so when I got home it was a disgusting mess. If you want to run the type of business that allows your customers to choose their own toppings, then maybe you should notify your employees of this as well. Your food is not so delicious that I will subject myself OR my money to such rudeness and attitude again. Customer service goes a long way to get returning customers.

Out of alot of stuff in the middle the day. Uncaring and rude staff. Messed up one if the burritos. I would have noticed if I wasn't trying to pick out substitutes for all the basic stuff they were out of. I regret paying for it for sure.
Nothing like getting elbowed out of the way by some karin while in line to buy overpriced, little servings, and being overcrowding isn't worth the wait for mainstream food. I'd rather spend my $ on a locally owned restaurant or food truck.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.
