The nice thing is that the restaurant is right by a few hotels and the interstate. But I think that's the only reason it is busy. My wife and I spilt the Fish Fry Friday meal thinking it would be big enough. 4 pieces of fish sounds like a lot, right? These were about as small as frozen fish filets you buy at the store. The mashed potatoes were so-so and I make better gravy at home. We got about 10 pieces of fried okra and rolls. This was all for $15. Our kids got just as much food on the kids meal for half the price. They were very busy and our waitress was very distracted. I'd go down the highway a bit for food if you can.

Food was awful and greasy. I only drove 5 minutes away and when I got to my destination it was cold like it was cooked and been in the refrigerator. They didn’t put and utensils in the bag. Worst food I ever had . Do NOT eat here.

I’m usually a big fan of cracker barrel chain. So I didn’t put attention to reviews before ordering from here. And now I know why they have bad reviews. I got my food delivered through Uber eats. The food was cold when I received. Okay, it can still excuse that part, as it was delivered. I was emotionally hurt when I didn’t find any complementary biscuits. I love to eat in CB because their freshly baked biscuits which they give away as complementary. Moving on, the scrambled egg was just a lump of cold mass without any seasoning. The cheesecake stuffed pancake was disaster. I love pancakes and the idea of a layer/ stuffing of cheesecake was lovely. However, it seems nothing exciting except a white trashy sticky layer oozing out of the pancakes. I was disappointed. Seriously!

This afternoon I had the the southern fried chicken meal with okra and country style green beans. It was delicious! Our server, Adrianna, was funny, attentive, and just plain sweet. The country store is "seductive"! You better go in with a spending limit in mind if you like classic candies, local/state apparel, and sitcom fare (we bought some The Office/Micheal Scott cups). The lady who checked us out was exuberant.

I was late joining my group for breakfast due to getting a flat tire fixed. As soon as I sat down, the server came over to ask if I wanted anything to eat or drink. Very caring and attentive! The atmosphere was great (as always) at Cracker Barrel... very festive and comfortable. There was a big fire going in the fireplace, and the store was full of Christmas/winter knick knacks. The parking lot was huge and had multiple large buses and semis. The curbside order spots were labeled well and easy to get to.The food at Cracker Barrel is not my favorite and I didn't order anything, but I munched off someone else's plate and the ham and bacon were fine.It was a nice spot to relax and catch up with family for breakfast.

This is my absolute favorite. I should have reviewed before. I've never had a bad experience, the food is tasty, home vibie & warm. The chicken dumplings are my favorite. I also love doing my minor Xmas and Easter shopping here. They have great items at great prices. I love the nostalgic setting.

Okay, it's Cracker Barrel, do I really need to say more??? The food is always excellent, the service is good and the atmosphere is great! I got the Grandma's Sampler, two eggs, sausage, bacon and ham, grits and French Toast.

Waited a long time to get seated and was ignored over and over and then the same thing happened when I got seated to order had to flag someone down. Had to find my own high chair and silverware. Once I got my grilled chicken with 2 sides of okra and chicken and dumplings the chicken and dumplings were cold. I was too hungry to wait for someone to send back to warm up. Corn bread and biscuits at any location are terrible. The waitress was very nice but a lot of other people were rude.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering here. It looked convenient from the hotel next door.I ordered for curbside pickup. I arrived and called the designated phone number 6 times. Nobody ever answered. Because I had walked with my dog I had a major dilemma about how to get my food. I eventually had to ask a stranger to watch my dog so that I could go inside and pick my food up from the counter. The clerk said they have nobody working carryout tonight.Don’t offer curbside pickup and then make it impossible!

We stopped here on our trip to Texas at approximately 8:00 a.m at this Cracker Barrel. Upon arrival no hostess to be found. Finally the shop attendant seated us at a booth. The hostess shortly arrived and gave us menus. I noticed other than us there was only one other seated patron in the entire restaurant. We sat and sat.. waited and waited, noticing employees walking all over the kitchen area (4-5) just talking and really doing nothing at all. Two employees were in the shop with zero customers. After sitting maybe ten minutes we decided to leave this one customer behind. No one said a word as we exited the shop area. Believe me I love Cracker Barrel but this location was like visiting a alien ? world unknown to mankind.

The food was amazing! My problem however was with the price compared to the amount you get. The fried pickles were fantastic, however we only got 9 pickles. That doesn't justify the price. I recently had a gastric sleeve surgery and I can hardly eat much at all for fear of it coming back up because I only have about 15% of a stomach left. I was able to eat every bite of my chicken salad. It was less food than my youngest's child plate. The food was amazingly delightful but there just wasn't much at all. My kids were hungry after we left.
