Worst experience ever . Me and husband went to dairy Queen tonight for dinner and I got the juanito burger and he got the triple meat burger and our patties was so old burnt and hard felt like we was eating chips on burgers . Husband was so mad instead saving food he threw his away so did not get to get pic of it but mine I defently took pic of mine before throwing away.

I come here often and have rarely been disappointed. I usually get ice cream but I've tried the jalitos burger and it was pretty good. My only complaint is sometimes the drive thru takes a long time to get moving and once I ordered onion rings that were to hard to eat. Over all, I like this location.

I went to this location on 03/23/2024 @ 7:10 - 7:20pm I saw a employee cook was not using gloves and drop food in the fryer and than not ice I saw him and smiled at me than put on gloves you guys can check your camera for proof. Thank god I only got ice cream for my family and not food.

Joe was absolutely amazing!!! He made dairy queen fun!!! Joe at the front desk needs a raise!!! Being a manager myself I know when I see it and this guy is worth double whatever he is getting paid. Make sure he is in your employee retention plan!!!

My partner and I came to this Dairy Queen around 7:15 pm tonight, and not only did we have to wait 45 minutes for the food to actually get to us, it was all old and my partner has food poisoning from eating the patty melt. When we called to let them know to check their food , the manager Layla said it wasn’t the food just what was on my partners stomach when she started throwing up. Very professional to knowingly serve expired food and make people ill !!!

The food is OK for the price. It's near the house and I do like a couple of the sandwiches. It's hit or miss with the works. Most are kind and helpful, occasionally it seems like someone is having a hard time. I'm sure they aren't paid enough. Will drop by occasionally.Parking: Large parking lot and drive-thru.
