Laughably small portions, super overpriced. No sauce or silverware provided with order. Overcooked beans, flavorless mac. Dry and tough meat. Pulled pork only available on a sandwich but not a plate? Will never return.

Ordered a cooked smoked turkey online for thanksgiving. Get there to pick it up, and they say our order doesn’t exist but we show the receipt and order confirmation and they say this happened earlier today also. They ended up giving us a raw Cajun turkey since it was the only thing left available. We were hesitant ordering from here given the bad experience we have with their brisket always being over 50% fat, but decided to try it since it was turkey. For sure never making the mistake of ordering from Dickeys again.

Next to impossible to find. When you do, the drive-through is blocked by their van to keep people from using it. So then you go around to go inside to order, and the doors are locked. All of this at NOON!!! The food may be good, but it's not worth the aggravation. Go elsewhere.
We always do call in and pick up. This is the 2nd out of the last three times that we got the wrong food. It's definitely our order but my sandwich is wrong again. Whoever took the order repeated it back and had everything correct but when we got home my sandwich is a 2 meat sandwich which is not the westerner which we paid for. Way to go again Dickeys In Amarillo! Didn't give us the right bbq sauce either

Dickey’s BBQ Pit in Amarillo is a must eat! I went there for the first time and everything from the food and pricing to the attitudes of the staff was top tier. It has a very homey vibe to it! 10/10 would eat again!

Skinny white guy about 5"4 had the ugliest attitude everWhen we're done ordering he said might as well order the whole menu .. lol not to mention he had no service the whole time we ate but I can guarantee he is the reason .. good luck on your business food was awesome tho
