Met some friends from out of town at the donut stop on Georgia today Nov 16 at approximately 10:30-11:30am. We bought coffees and donuts and sat in the dining room. There was a young woman working that stared at us the whole time (not exaggerating) and wanted to clean up where we were sitting. She was NOT subtle at all. We ended up leaving because of the unwelcome atmosphere. The donut was meh.

Went there at 12:50pm and was met at the drive thru window telling me that they were closed. Then he said well we close in 5 minutes and then the employee said well I have to leave in 5 minutes. It's sad, the place was good when I first moved here but has gone down hill. I will make sure to go somewhere else next time.

My son went to get a dozen today and they didn't have much left it was 11 am but they proceeded to tell him they had blueberry, so he said ok. We looked and it was just plain unfrosted cake donuts that no one wanted, he paid full price too! such a disappointment smh

I don’t usually complain but I will today… Went in around 7:15 Am to get some fresh donuts not an issue. I get my dozen and they ask like normal Cash or Card and I say half cash half card they take my Cash and go to run my Card and they tell me oh the card Machine is messed up we can’t run your card and I tell them I only have $8 in cash and my total is $9 so I tell the lady just give me back the cash I gave you and I’ll go to the other Donut stop and she proceeds to tell me that she can’t do that it’ll make her drawer short now and that she can’t give me my donuts either so Now I’m standing there like I’m out $9 in cash and the donuts. Makes no sense I just handed you $ on camera so pull my $ back out the drawer and hand it back to me and I’ll go elsewhere or keep my money and deal with the $1 short and let me have my product I want it’s not a hard thing to comprehend! Also FYI if your CC Machine is not up and working that is something you might want to let customers know before hand like when they come thru your door or put a big sign out informing them of the CC Machine problem so you don’t have this problem again. Also please train your cashier girls right when someone pay cash and they don’t receive product then they need to be trained that they are to give them their money back just like on a CC Sale if a customer don’t like a product and returns it then the merchant refunds the money…. Luckily in the end they finally let me walk out with the dozen donuts that I wanted from my understanding a nice lady behind me in line was paying the $1 or $2 that owed them and if she didn’t well it’s on Donut Stop because they said in very rude voice with attitude “Go A Head and take the Dozen and just leave and next time have the right amount in case our machines are down so we don’t have this happen again”… I’ll be going to the donut stop across town at I-40 and Georgia or I-40 and Bell or I-27 and 45th since I-49 and grand employees rude people …….
