Great tea and excellent customer service..favorite place for Canyon/Amarillo!

We love going to HTeaO. We go to the Happy Hours most of the time, it's such a good deal. We also get our gallons of tea from here as well as gallons of water. Especially during holidays and our family get togethers. We also try different flavors and combinations. The Texas Chai and Coconut flavors are tasty. Currently my favorite combo is half Texas Chai with half Unsweetened Blueberry Green Tea. My kids favorite combo is Sweet Raspberry with Unsweet Coconut.

Great tea, and the service is delicate. Some employees know customer service, and some need revamping, if you know what I mean. The tea is excellent here compared to other locations.
Employees were very rude. Had to repeat order several times. Evidently it takes 6 people to take an order, they were all huddled at the window. Wanted tea with cream, the girl screamed at me from the window in a condescending manner " HAVE A GREAT DAY." This is not the first time I've had horrible service at this facility. Been to others in Borger and Dumas without any issues.

Friendly staff every time. Great tea selection with great flavors. Happy hour everyday 2-4 and they have a great rewards system. If your getting tea somewhere else it's the wrong place.

Love this location! Everytime we go the employees are all so nice . The last few times I've been Conner has been at the window helping me and he is an awesome employee! Keep him around, because he's very friendly and you can tell he likes his job !

I won’t recommend this place I went to this place after work for tea and I got treat bad and Seth was checking me out and he was so rude like giving me attitude and threw my receipt at me and my change and was treating me really rude and when I walk in I saw him do it to the other customers the same way and staff too so I won’t recommend this place if u want to be treat right but everyone else was great bc I go every day but I going to stop going bc of him.
