Do NOT get delivery from this location. Driver was an hour late. We called 3 different times, spoke with Manager Michael: 1st call “driver SHOULD be there”. 2nd call (20 mins later) “she left to go make other deliveries, and is coming back”. 3rd call (another 20 mins later), manager Michael said “I can’t get ahold of her”. She finally showed up about 20 minutes later and lied to me saying “I’ve been waiting here for an hour” UUGGHHH. Anywho, the sandwiches were good, just a terrible delivery experience.

We always enjoy great food and friendly service at this location. Tonight was the best experience thanks to Jennifer! She was so friendly and helpful! An absolute delight. The food was great and everyone was friendly as usual. The salad bar was fresh, full and clean.

Every single time I pick up food, something is forgotten. I’ve missed out on 4 fruit cups within a month. It’s my fault for not checking my bag. I also got unheated pasta. I love Jason’s, but it’s expensive and so many mistakes occur. Almost every time.

I would not recommend. My wife placed an order and I picked it up on my way home from work. When I got home my son realized that the muffins we ordered for him were missing. I called the restaurant and they offered to deliver them and said it would be around 30 minutes. When an hour and fifteen minutes passed I called back. I was assured that they came to my house, called multiple times, knocked on the door, rang the doorbell, and left them on the porch. When I explained that I did not receive a phone call and that no one came to the door, they insisted I was wrong. I verified the address with them and told them that there I have a ring doorbell to show that no one came they still insisted I was wrong.

the girl working the window don’t know how to work the most basic job ever!! if there’s a line of cars in your drive then you don’t need to be sitting there talking to your friends holding up the line. She also doesn’t know how to greet customers! when someone pulls up to your window you don’t just sit there and stare at them! weirdo!!!
