I delivered a few days ago and they messed up my order so they told me to call and they would remake it I called today to have it remade no one asked for a delivery address I waited for an hour and called to ask about my delivery they sent it to an old address so I waited 20 more mins and my order was wrong again. So I called and the manager tells me there’s nothing he can do about it even though they are the ones that messed up my order again. I simply asked for turkey, tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo I only got turkey and lettuce im not even a picky person usually when they mess up I eat it anyway but I even offered to tip the driver $10 and switch sandwiches for the right one and he just didn’t want to. I really don’t appreciate him hanging up in my face and every time I tried to call he would pick it up and hang up the phone so I couldn’t speak to anyone I don’t care about the sandwich but customer service is trash this happened around 4 o clock today

I was super disappointed in how little meat they've started putting on the sandwiches. I ordered the Vito, and it was the skimpiest portions I've ever seen on a jimmy johns sandwich. Just simply not ordering from Jimmy John's anymore because of this. Just not worth the already raised prices that goes with it. It's a shame.

One of your employees went on social media complaining about not being tipped.. tipping is an option and we do not have to tip anyone. To complain on social media to potential patrons is unprofessional. I want to say the girls name was dakotah or something. Not sure what store she works at or what she was wanting to accomplish .food is always amazing but customer service needs to be better

We ordered online & it asks for names. We both got the same #11 but my husband put onions on his and I got ez tomato. But when the order arrived they were not marked. Very frustrating checking which was which. Also, ordered a cookie & a brownie. Our order came without a brownie. I called the store and the young lady told me I didn't order a brownie. That was true on the receipt but online when I checked the order a brownie was listed. I had already closed out my Google so I could not get a screen shot. So from now on I guess I have to call my order in??

Staff seemed very busy. Staff person that took our order was very rushed as he was simultaneously working the drive-thru and the dine in register. After ordering sandwiches, we asked 2 cups of water. We then asked to change it to one cup of water and one fountain drink. The staff member repeated the order with 2 bottles of water. We clarified again that we wanted one soda and one CUP of water. He acknowledged the change and we paid. Then he said, “You can grab the bottle of water under the counter.” We asked for clarification and he said he changed us for a bottle of water. Our receipt showed we were charged for a bottle of water, a water cup ($0.25) and a fountain drink!Seriously disappointed in how we were treated. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Corporate should know how JJ is being represented.
