Absolutely horrible experience. We asked for delivery less than one mile away. It took them almost an hour. I called the store and spoke to Johnny who claimed to be the store manager. Johnny told me that the delivery driver had been answering the phone and lying to me and other costumers stating that a driver was on the way. Once the food was finally delivered, it was worse than the service. Virtually no meats or toppings on any of the sandwiches. Several of the meals were completely wrong. I tried to reach out to Charles, who is supposed to be the store owner. We'll see if he returns my call.

Everytime i eat here, I get mild food poisoning. Guaranteed diarrhea, I can't risk it again 3rd times the charm.I'm not sure the health department would take note of old bacon or whatever it was,

One of your employees went on social media complaining about not being tipped.. tipping is an option and we do not have to tip anyone. To complain on social media to potential patrons is unprofessional. I want to say the girls name was dakotah or something. Not sure what store she works at or what she was wanting to accomplish

While the place was clean, service took way too long considering my boyfriend and I were the only customers in the store. My boyfriend literally stood in front of the counter staring at the employees for 15 minutes before they even started making our sandwiches. Both of our sandwiches had literally one single slice of meat on them— not enough to even taste.

It's like just throwing your money away on food that people think you should have vs what you asked for. I've called and talked to a manger and nothing. No let's make it right, nothing. Just, they should be doing it. Got my sandwich Infront of me now and nothing was done how I asked. Starting to just take my business and money elsewhere.

Really great sub sandwiches with decent variety to choose from. Always a clean store with fast service. Good tea and if you like pickles theirs are A+ imo. They are also easy for delivery having their own in shop delivery workers through their web page.Vegetarian options: A vegetarian option with lots of flavor is the veggie lettuce wrap "un-wich" with hot peppers, vinaigrette sauce, onions, and oregano. I get extra lettuce and I think it turns out swell.

For two people our bill was over $30.00. The food was at best just okay. This place doesn't live up to its gourmet advertising. Anyone could make a sandwich just as good than those that we had.
