I've been going to this location for years and it's always been good. But I ordered takeout today. I called before going to confirm they had Gorditas (because the last 2 times they have been out). She said yes they had them. When I arrived I ordered and was told they were out of Gorditas. So I ordered cheese enchiladas. I was shocked to find out they had gone up to $9.72., $3 higher than they've ever been. Then when I picked them up, she would not give me chips and salsa. I said if I ate here I'd get chips & salsa. She still refused to give me chips but after I argued she finally gave me 2 half filled little salsas. I will NEVER go to Lupitas ever again. I understand that things have been tough during covid, but this is NOT THE WAY TO KEEP CUSTOMERS. I'm sad to say, I won't be back

Waited a whole 40mins for my food and never got it. I understand, mistake happens but what makes me the most angry. Is I told them I only have a hour lunch and they had me waiting for nothing. So yes I left with no food. Most place offer a discount or something to make the customer happy.. They couldn’t do nothing but look at me like it was my problem.. well I’ll take my money somewhere else..Management needs to step it up nothing but bad reviews

I keep giving this location a chance because my mom comes to visit from Dallas and LOVES their burritos but EVERY SINGLE TIME we order from there, our order is wrong when we get home, or they're out of something or they're rude....and it's usually a combination of all three. I don't like to leave bad reviews, I usually just go on with my day but these people shouldn't even be open anymore. There's always an issue, every single time. I'm honestly just so sick of the hateful attitudes and the lack of care that they have for their customers. What a joke.

Only one person working and it took 20 min to get 2 breakfast burritos, and also, don't have chips and salsa on the menu, If you never have chips or salsa available. The last 4 times I have been, they do not have it. Terribly disappointed in how bad this place has become.

Filled a huge order for people that came in after me and it was not a call in. Took 30 minutes to make. If I knew call ahead for served before walk-ins I'd going to McDonald's. Never has taken more then 10-15 minutes when I've gone before.

I believe that the correct way to obtain a Torta (Taco Sandwich) is prior to the lunch rush and go to the one on Western St.!

After calling 7 times, I finally got someone to answer to take a to go order. Don’t waste your time the food isn’t that good.Only reason we chose this was because Oscar’s is closed.

Very, very poor service. The owner is very nice but he needs managers with better attitudes and servers that know customer service. I love the food but the service is very poor. It’s sad actually.
Barbacoa is not actually the authentic barbacoa. Its more like spicy roast. The one star is for the breakfast burritos which are pretty good. But other than that, i do not reccomend.
