It's ok in a pinch if your cravings lupitas food but noticed they skimp on the burrito filling, compared to the store on 10th street, still very delicious ?

I was givin a HARD chile relleno burrito. I informed her that I had taken four SMALL BITES..when I took the Fourth bite it was so HARD "because the chile was not cooked fully." In detail the top of the burrito was cheese so I didn't know the chile was hard until I had taken a few bites. so I stopped eating it and finished my class and called right away.. I was on my way to class and couldn't be late so there was no time to go back until after class. I called to ask for a new burrito or refund. I apologized for even having to call. She proceeded to explain to me how they boil the Chili's first and that there was no reason why it should be hard. I told her that I wasn't lying, I had no reason to lie. She giggled and said I'm not saying you're lying. I ask if I could bring it back for a new one they said no they don't do that and they don't give refunds. I love lupitas but this was disappointing. I paid for a burrito and was not satisfied with it. I prefer the lupitas on 10th. Your very unprofessional and rude. I am not one to complain or anything but the customer service here was so bad I had to make this review. I will take the loss and never return. Have a great day.

The burritos are unedible. Warning. They put the hot sauce in the burritos because "cups are too hard to get ahold of". Worst joint in Amarillo, don't even bother.
The best breakfast burritos ever I always have the chilireaneo burrito yummy and they are big also

I ordered burritos and they were good but I found a hair in the hot sauce :/. This hasn’t happened any other time I have ordered from here. I understand that these kind of incidents can happen, But it does make you wonder whether the correct precautions are being taken as far as food safety and sanitation. Hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else.

when u ask for a chile verde with chesse i expeected a good burrity since you charged me 11 dollars for 2 burritos i got nothing but fat and the chesse wasent even melted on theres witch im saying my burrito was really cold and nasty ive been a client for years and never again you should really go back to your moms restaurant and learn some more about good service

My experience i had ordered 10 little asada tacos only got 7 with an empty corn tortilla underneath another taco. And with the little tacos there's hardly any meat SMH. More often than not theres never the red salsa. There just way to expensive for the small amount you get.
