Never again well I go back to McDonald's and the Blvd I went and got lunch at 1today and when I got back to work to eat my lunch I took a bit of my burger and my meat was still red.

1. Restrooms are locked and can only be opened by an employee so you have to wait for someone to be available to open2. I was in the bathroom waiting for my daughter to finish up and an employee came out of the other stall and walked straight out of the bathroom without washing hands. ?3. You have to pay for a water cup. I have never had to pay at other stores so not sure if this is a new change or just this particular store.We are just passing through on a road trip but would never stop at this one again.

Lobby closes at 8 pm, I work next door, so I used my mobile app to order a kids meal. When I walked across the street the doors were locked, I tried to mouth the words “I don’t have a car!” And still was told to walk through the drive thru then the cashier was rude bc I said “yall could have just gave it to me through the door instead of this experience. The cashier says well we are closed.. and shuts the window in my face. I run the kfc next door, and NEVER would I allow my employees to speak to a guest like that! Code of ethics is lacking in this store!!

Took 8 minutes to get someone to take order at drive thru. Then told us we should order on line, it's easier for them. They have no sense of urgency. They weren't polite. Made us feel we were bothering them. Food wasn't even hot.

The five stars are for the McDonald's Chicken Mcnugget Happy meal my little granddaughter won't eat anything else, I know, but at least she's eating.I went through the drive through this past Xmas Eve to get two kids Chicken Mcnugget Happy meals I handed my credit card to the cashier he handed it back I picked up the food didn't notice I wasn't given a receipt wasn't a big deal until I got my credit card statement and seen that I was charged $75 for the Happy meals I was furious I thought someone had hack into my account somehow you know that happens all the time so I reported it has fraud to my credit card company they did their investigation and told me that it was not fraud I or someone in my household had to have used it because I still had the card in my possession the card was taped so I or someone in my household had to.I tolded the fraud investigator I didn't because I never go in he then told me when I handed the cashier my card he taped it and maybe there was a glitch...yea right! Lesson learned as that old saying goes fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me I always make sure I have a receipt and look at the amount before I leave. Under the circumstances they taken the charge off.
