The manager was very rude and unprofessional same a the workers waited 20 mins jus for four drinks and three muffins… yall need new people or people that actually wanna work a job I worked at McDonalds and no me nor my employees where rude like that nor where our times high like theirs

This restaurant is horrible about asking you to pull forward after you pay for your food and then making you wait forever while everyone else is getting their food and leaving. Twice now I have waited over 15 mins for 2 breakfast sandwiches and have had to back up or get an employees attention to get the food I paid for. Something needs to change with the morning staff.

While better than the Ross/Osage and I-40 location, I believe the McDonald's in Amarillo all need some serious management upgrades. I hardly eat fast food, but occasionally just need something quick - and these chain locations are not 'fast' food in any way shape or form. And the people working at these locations are rude, and do not care about the customer, their job, or even themselves. I am going to start just getting my breakfast at Toot N Totum.

Drive thru moves unbelievably slow. If Wendy's or BK is open next door, go there. Life is too short.

Corporate needs to open another store or two to being 24 hours, there is always a wait of at least half an hour. With how many people leave after seeing how slow it is, don't want to use money when they switch to cash only, or just don't bother driving out because they know how slow it will be, Corporate is missing on profit only to deliver a much lesser experience

I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with bbq sauce thru door dash and received 8 nuggets stuffed in a mc crispy bag with no sauce and everything was cold by time I received it which I don’t believe was fault of the door dasher it seems like they carelessly made my order and set it aside until my door dasher could make it through their long line.

Just went through the drive thru. We Chose mobile order and pick up in drive thru. We gave them our code and pulled up to the front window. Whoever was working the first window, had us sitting there for about 5 minutes before asking if we had a mobile order. (Proceeding to text, look away and not acknowledge us) We continued to sit thinking they were backed up or waiting on something. Then 5 minutes later window opened again for them to tell us we can pull forward. When arriving at the second window, they let us know the food has been ready?1) first window is usually where we are asked if we want a receipt or not (since mobile order)2) don’t expect us to know when to pull forward if you are not going to speak to us.3) service was terrible this evening. I hope that it is better for others, but I am not returning to this McDonald’s. This is the second time we have had an issue with service.

Food was fresh but I ordered (and paid) for extra onion on my quarter pounder with cheese but upon going home there was no onion at all on my burger. They weren’t rushed (two cars in front of me, two cars behind) so I don’t get why a simple request didn’t get made? The receipt even says “XTRA slivered onions” so where did my onions go

Don't bother going inside the restaurant before 8am. Registers are not open Nd self serve kiosks are closed too.

Slow customer service just beware the visiting time. For instance, busy rush hours seems to provide slower customer service for a fast food establishment.

I will never get another cheeseburger from McDonald's ever. I always ask for mustard and pickles only. Yet I always end up with onion or they'll realize their mistake and brush off the onions instead of remaking it. Not all your customers are stupid and you're incredibly lucky I don't have an allergy. Not that McDonald's wouldn't mind just throwing money at the problem instead of to their employees.

Service is absolutely depressing I waited so long for my food. lakeside dr in Amarillo by far the worst McDonald's ever employees on there phones talking some had earbuds listening to music horrible service alot of customers left.
