The ladies at work there were yelling and screaming at me violently because I was trying to pick up an order the way I was supposed to do it. Taking possession of the order and then marking it as picked up in my app. We should never have to go through that abuse by what seems like fresh out of prison thugs. I will be reaching out to corporate and I have already started the process of submitting this to the company I drive for, as I was recording everything.

I would give NO stars,were that an option. Ordered 2 pizzas,one for my grandson and one for me.I don't usually if any issues with.this location ,but,today,12-24-23,Christmas Eve the 2 received: mine was a Chicken Alfredo.It was cold and doughy,the bottom crust was slightly brown and the dough was RAW,not cooked at all.I did place it in the oven to see if I could cook it.Grandson said was fine except the last piece was doughy.I paid $26 plus delivery for the driver.I don't fault him,he just delivers.And I didn't call the store because it's Christmas Eve,and I knew they would want to close early,and I figured no one would do anything to correct it,and I don't usually rant,but it's a holiday,we are all busy,but really,please make sure the pizzas are cooked prior to leaving the store.

I always order from this papa johns on a friday night so I can have lunch for work the following saturday. They never fail me and it’s always so good. The gentleman at the register was extremely polite and also helpful when answering a question about an issue that I had. I definitely recommend this location.

The food is good but the staff and especially management and the bosses are intentionally running the store into the ground. The top management staff are extremely sexist and hostile. Best to avoid this place and order from a competitor.

Was not satisfied with original order(Raw an sloppy)an called to complain when "fixed" my second pizza was smaller then the last both were ordered to be small but the pizza i received for compensation was close to being the size of my hand. Over all Im unhappy with the service an the manager on duty at the time she was aggressive an dismissive.

I ordered an pizza, and it was so poorly cut that not a single cut made it all the way through the pizza. I'm not sure who you have working for you but it seems like they have trouble operating a pizza cutter.

WOW. This was our first time having Papa John’s. We had been going to dominoes and we noticed how dominoes seem to be declining quite a bit. Not sure if it was because of inflation or not. Long story short, we will be going to the Papa John’s from now on instead. You get so much more for what you pay. Even little things like how the pizza slices were cut evenly. It’s some thing that we took for granted, since Domino’s has been cutting them so horribly. Almost like they were closing their eyes having a contest on who could get it the straightest without looking. Papa John’s pizza was so delicious. So filling. We couldn’t even finish it and we only ordered half of what we normally order from Domino’s. I’m not trying to slam another business, just pointing out, how much better it was
