Went to order takeout and had to stand around for a long time to even be acknowledged even though we saw several waitresses look our way and keep going about their own business. Then when someone finally came we tried to use a promotion for an appetizer with the meals and they said since we're doing to go we couldn't use it. Which is annoying because it's actually less work on them to do takeout but it was especially frustrating that we had to wait that long just to find that out. I don't think I want to eat here anymore.

The food was good, the servers seemed very busy doing things other than serving customers. We got our apps without the dips which she said she would be right back with and disappeared never to return (not our actual server) but when our server finally came by so I could ask about them they were cold by the ti.e we got them. She went to refill my wifes drink and by the time she brought it another server had already asked and brought one. Not what we've come to expect from Red Robin.

"I had a disappointing visit to Robin Robin. The service was painfully slow, and each time I needed something, a different staff member would assist me, which was disorienting. To make matters worse, the restaurant was packed and incredibly loud, making it difficult to even carry on a conversation. Overall, it was a chaotic and unpleasant experience."
