My friend who lives in Amarillo recommended this local coffee shop and I was glad I tried it. I got the cold brew with vanilla and it was great! Not too sweet and a strong brew. The drive thru was insanely packed so we went inside to order. They focused mainly on drive thru despite us being the only ones inside and when we came back out to the car the line in the drive thru dwindled greatly.

Traveling through Amarillo stopped at the gem of a coffee shop and ordered my vanilla latte for the next morning's travel. I took a taste before saving it in the frig for the next morning and it was so good, I had to remind myself to save it! Heated up perfectly the next morning and then I wished I had bought two lol. Well there's always next time! The staff was friendly and very accommodating since I didn't want it steamed too hot and asked if I needed anything else to go with my coffee. Inside was clean with a friendly atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping by.

Roasters was one of the first local coffee shops in Amarillo - I’ve been frequenting here for over a decade - and it continues to get better and better.The staff is happy to see you and I’ve developed friendships with some of the staff at the Bell location! (love you Megan )The prices are fair and over time, they’ve continued to expand their food menu. I’m always excited to drive through or come in and study for a while.some of my favorite drinks: the cult classic—an iced poor man, iced white chocolate mocha, the vermont, iced caramel macchiato, iced green tea w/ strawberry purée.. even their hot chocolate is the best.

I'm in town for a friends wedding and they recommended this place. And I now see why they recommended it! I ordered a vanilla cold brew with cream and I simply said "wow that's good" after the first sip! Efficient and friendly service! Couldn't complain for a quick morning coffee stop!
