We ordered 4 different meats by 8:00, and they were already out of 3 of those! That's 75% of our order. We had a $67 order and asked for "quite a few of each kind of barbeque sauce". We made it home with 2 of each. When you pay $67 for dinner for 3, you should have enough sauce for everyone.

We usually enjoy the food at Rudys but tonight we ordered spicy chopped beef sandwiches and it was pretty much not eatable. We couldn't even eat half of it. Failed big time tonight.

We originally discovered Rudy's BBQ when we lived in San Antonio, but we have been fans ever since. Each location we have been to, is laid out very similarly inside and a very casual dining experience. The best part is the delicious consistency of their food, no matter the location. It is one of our favorite go to BBQ places. Although the price may seem high for such a casual place, the food quality does justify it compared to any other BBQ place with similar offerings. We try to go here at least once every month or so, despite the number of places there are to enjoy here in Amarillo.
Nice place to visit, with a good availability even late. Unfortunately many of the meats were too dry (especially brisket, parts of moist brisket, and pork loin). Friendly service and reasonably priced.

Friendly staff, not pushy, patient did not rush me to get order, gave me samplers to help decide what I want. Manager came around to each table making sure everything was good. Tables and BBQ bottles kept clean. I stayed at Comfort Suites and the agent there told me she eats at Rudy's all the time, best TX BBQ I ever had. I would go back when I get back in town. Thank you for the great experience Rudy.

Went with two others, none of our food was warm, it was all room temperature. Brisket, pulled pork, and baked potatoes need to be hot to be good. Brisket had a lot of tendon, too. Sodas are good! There was plenty of seating. It's not a place I want to return; one and done with Rudy's.
