The bar could use some serious attention. Took 29 minutes for our drinks to come out. We got our food before we got our drinks. Hoping they were just off that night. No urgency in the bar. Our table was close enough for me to observe and they had 3 bartenders but they struggled to keep up. Atmosphere was great and food was great and even the drinks were great but took forever to get them. We will try again because we have heard great things about Savor.

Beautiful restaurant with great brunch choices. My husband got the matador breakfast and our son got the French toast. I had scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese. We stayed in Amarillo for the night on our cross country trip.
The tapas are quite nice, but the paella was disgusting...the rice was undercooked and the chicken was soggy. It tasted like it had been microwaved.

A stellar experience in Amarillo! Great ambience attentive but not doting service, excellent small plates, we had 6 and desert! Selective wine menu but very representative of the foods. Recommend for a lunch or dinner, we had fun and recommend this gem!

What a hidden gem!Excellent food, real Spanish wines and a chic interior.Discovered that they also offer Dining In The Dark if you follow their Facebook page. It seems like a popular event based on the line up to get in.
It was really good, however I had to add salt and pepper to my pork green chili brunch meal. It would have been better with more than just 5 jalapeños on it also. My friend ordered Monte Cristo. If you are a big fan of Monte Cristo sandwiches, don't order it here. You'll be disappointed. It was mediocre. There are much better items on the menu you'll enjoy more.

Full disclosure: I've been coming here for about a year and I just always forget to post a review. I never have a bad meal, bad drink, or a bad time when I come to Savor! There are things that are not to my preference, but that's the beauty of trying new things! Anyone I talk with is always so friendly and the staff always work to accommodate me if I try something new and wind up not liking it. Come in and get your own red wine and coke with a breakfast sandwich to spark a new culinary adventure!Vegetarian options: They offer salads as well as crepes and French toast on the brunch menu. Some of the tapas are vegetarian friendly, and I'm sure if you asked your server they would work with you and the kitchen to accommodate your dietary restrictions/requirements.
Tristen, our waiter, had an amazing knowledge of all the food and drinks we had over the night. His recommendations through the night were spot on. Great first experience

Sa•vór is amazing! A true gem. I had escargot and house sliders, an old fashioned (or 2) and a smoked cherry Manhattan. The food and coctails were all top notch, and the bartenders were very kind and helpful! Will definitely be making a habit out of visiting!edit: Now on my regular rotation! Ollie is one of my favorite bartenders in Amarillo. They have one of the best old fashioneds around, and at one of the most reasonable prices. The Escargot also draws me back again and again.
