Come here alot and the food/ service is hit or miss. They will dump tea or run out early. Not even 730 pm yet and they are out of sweet tea again. If you come anytime after 7pm your food can be hot and great or sloppy and barely edible. The staff is usually very friendly at the drive thru. Could be worse and could be better.

I really enjoy Schlotzsky's, but this place can be hit or miss. My meal last night was like warm. I went through the drive-through at a decent time (6:45) with other cars ahead of me. The wait wasn't long, but I wouldn't have minded waiting longer for hot food, especially at nearly $15 for the small sandwich, small drink combo.

I called a head to order. I sat at the drive up window waiting and no one came to the window. For a good 5 minutes. People looked at me and walked off.So I drove around the same girl that kept looking and walking off came to the counter. I said so do we have to come in when we call in to pick up? She said no did they tell you that at the window? I said no one helped me at the window. She said oh I don't know anything about that. She went back and took really way too long to get my order.No apology or anything.My order... avocado cob salad. There was no avocado on it.Ridiculous!! They have lost this customer

I love Schlotsky's but this location is one of the worst ones I have ever been to. I have eaten jere twice and each time I had to repeat myself multiple time just for them to ignore my requests and just make my order wrong. Unfortunately I am always passing through Amarillo so I can never get them to remake it.

Everything you expect from the franchise, good friendly faces, great food, and clean tables! The staff seemed to enjoy their job, and delivered good service, and they were playing Alan Jackson on the radio! Checks all the boxes!

Ok so I ordered delivery but when you are in a medical care center, you crave the food with TASTE.I ordered loaded bake potato soup and it was so good I could have eaten a 5 gal bucket of this. And in my hurry to order I picked a large sandwich. The size of a tire. (Not really) but I was surprised. It was cut in 4 pieces so I shared it with others. The Cinnabon cups were a hit with the staff. I bought each of them a cup. They were also a hit. The delivery was exactly on time. I will order from that store again. Thank you

I've eaten the original sandwich many times and it's always good. However this time was the worst. There was a ton of sauce and I couldn't get enough scraped off to make it edible. I told them no onions but they put onions on it anyway. I took them off but I couldn't do anything about the smell or flavor. I ended up throwing it away. What a waste of money. I ordered thru Doordash and tried to get a refund but they require pictures. I had put it in the trash and took it to the dumpster due to smell and there was no way for me to get pictures. So not happy with Doordash and with schlotzskys!!!
