Gave my order only three stars because I found out if you order online on their website, you don't get reward points even if you log into your account.

My girlfriend and I really love Schlotzsky's. Unfortunately, I can't currently recommend this location. Over the past 6 months at least half of our orders have been messed up. Usually it's related to them making a sandwich completely wrong or using an inadequate amount of ingredients. Every time it seems like the sandwiches are more "thrown together" than sandwiches I've gotten from other Schlotzsky's locations. One of my favorite sandwiches is the Turkey Original; unfortunately, I've never gotten a Turkey Original from this location with the correct amount of black olives (unless I went back and asked them to fix it - in which case they did so very politely). This time was obviously no exception (see attached photo). In addition, my girlfriend and I both ordered the pick two deal - and it's obvious that instead of using the jalapeno cheddar bread that they were supposed to use on her sandwich - they just used the other half of my sourdough bun.Normally when I have an issue with a restaurant I like to go to the restaurant first to give them a chance to make it right. I've already done so at least twice with this particular location. At this point I'm convinced that they either don't care to train their staff properly or are intentionally shorting their customers to save money. Either way it's unacceptable and not worth the money they are charging. Whether you're a long time Schlotzsky's fan, or a newcomer, I would certainly recommend going to a different location for your meal.

I miss the different bread options but the sandwiches are still yummy. Bring back the rye!

I have been going to Schlotzkys since the the mid 1990s, and this is the first time I have ever been completely disappointed. I almost quit going to Schlotzkys when they quit having dark rye, but I learned to accept it. But this store on Bell St was the worst sandwich I ever had.

One of these days I’ll learn to the check the bag. Didn’t get a whole meal, and didn’t the fruit with the kids meal. So frustrating to get all the way home and realize you got half of what you paid for.

I recently visited the restaurant on Bell St, Amarillo, TX, where I ordered two pizzas. Given the price, I expected a high-quality product. However, the pizzas were not made with sourdough bread, and when I opened the box, I found all the toppings at the bottom. It seemed as though the toppings were added after the pizza was cooked, which resulted in a disappointing experience.I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, but she seemed indifferent to my concerns. When I asked for a solution, her response was rather dismissive, asking if I wanted her to remake the pizza or not. I suggested that the staff should be trained better in making pizzas to avoid such issues in the future.Unfortunately, this was my first experience at this particular location, and I do not plan on returning. Instead, I will continue to patronize the restaurant on Kentucky Street, as they consistently provide excellent pizzas. I hope the Bell Street location can learn from their counterparts and improve their pizza-making skills.

I have never seen such rude, lazy inconsiderate workers. These people had no customers. Except for two tables that were sat down already eating their food. And they wanted me, as a delivery driver that I explained was currently making minimum wage to fill the drink. They told me it was not their job and they don't care if the customer gets the drink. How does someone work in a customer service environment like that? Meanwhile they were trying to sell me on a job there. Why would I want to work in such a horrible work environment? Listen, you should have just filled the drink. Your customer ordered a drink. It is your job to prepare the order. I explained it is illegal for me to do it. I also explained I don't mind doing it as a courtesy when y'all are busy. But yet you wanted to take it this far. Monday, I'm getting back on the phone with the health code enforcement and I am going to start filing complaints until something is done with these lazy stores forcing the delivery drivers to break the law because they are too busy playing on their phones. I swear, this will change. Y'all did this to the wrong person.
