Wife and I stopped at the Sonic on 7417 sw 34th st in Amarillo store number 1589 and I will never stop at that store ever again, we ordered the sonic burger with green Chiles and I also added bacon but absolutely no onions, both burgers were made wrong and so sloppy , both burgers had ketchup instead of mustard that normally comes on the burgers very little lettuce and the two tomatoes were no bigger than a 50 cent piece , barely had any green Chiles but had way too much ketchup that wasn’t supposed to be on the burgers, and the tater tots had so much salt on them I couldn’t eat but one and through the rest away. Very sloppy. I guess that’s why those people are in a DEAD End job cause they can’t even make a burger right. Time 12:17pm February 24, chk 291 tray 7 drive through.

When I ordered a Route 44 Cherry Sprite I was asked how many cherries I would like in my drink as they cost 10 cents a piece!! That's insanity in this economy... Save your money and eat at home!I also ordered a large Cheese tater tot -to my disappointment less than half of them had any cheese at all & to top it off the tater tots were greasy! ?

Best fountain drinks around. Love the new bacon on bacon burger.
It was a Monday @2pm Dec. 4, '23. The crispy chicken sandwich was dried out & cold, fries were cold & hard, hubby's cheese footlong was not warm and the cheese wasn't melted. The only thing good was the tater tots, soft drinks & the service. Sorry to give a bad review. Hate that!

My husband and I stopped by this morning to grab a snack before we got our day started and I have never had a better experience at a Sonic than just now! 5 star team they have in there right now. Everything was right, fresh, hot and we got the sauces we asked for. 100% the Sonic location I’d choose again!!
The young man working the drive-through didn't have his headset volume high enough- so we had to yell our order in.He then was quite keen on (practically) tossing our order to us.We did not receive a receipt of our order & in attempts to call the number regarding such an event (on the window of the pickup/payment window) it led us to a bogus mailbox system.Thank God, we are not local, cause I'll never reorganize to this location again.

They served me a Blast that not only had foam missing from the cup, but it had ice cream all over the outside of it. They didn’t even provide napkins. They just shut the window. Then upon eating my Blast, I found myself chewing on the foam pieces from the cup, which were mixed in with my ice cream. A Reese’s and foam pieces Blast. Sonic is lucky I didn’t choke on the foam pieces or they’d be facing a stiff lawsuit. A child could die if you serve them such a thing. Very displeased.
