Took them 20 minutes to tell me I would not be getting my shake then another 8 minutes to get my money back. Michael the manager seemed to be completely clueless. I called 800 sonic.. that was another 22 minutes I wasted just so Sonic's upper management could help defuse this site issues. What a waste!

I came through ordered a medium popcorn chicken combo with a sweet tea didn't get my sweet tea and then after I left I realized they didn't give me my fries either so I went to check my receipt and my receipts not in my bag either so I had to drive back to get what I should have got in the first place

The food has at least been hot now and drinks are fresh and the new paint job is amazing feels a little old school. But I don't know what's up with the service. I've had to wait over 30 mins to receive my drink order (no food). Maybe y'all are short handed since I only seen one car hop but goodness

Ordered two drinks and waited almost 20mins for it. Ordered before the car on the right side of me and they received their order. Told the carhop to cancel my order and that I had ordered before the other car. Not sure who came out to speak to me, but she only came out to ask what I had ordered. No apology or offer for me to wait so the drinks can be brought out.

If I could give zero stars I would!. Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks. If I hadn't already paid on the app I would have left. While I was waiting I watched people on both sides put in orders, wait forever and then leave because they never got what they ordered. Ridiculous.
