Over the years Sonic had been one of my favorite places to go and get a hot dog be it a standard size or footlong but as of late it seems that the quality of their product has gone down your customer service is not as sharp though there are times and it's very good and the environment be a drive-thru can be difficult to communicate effectively sometimes leading to misunderstanding and this ordering. As a fast food restaurant I would still recommend it to folks but not so much in my estimation as my first choice♿️ ??

Seriously, I'm not about to give a true ranking here. Sonic is as Sonic does. Gimmicky car hop fast food American comfort food. I just give it 4's because it's there. And I liked it as a teen.

More like a -5. Went to the sonic on Georgia last night around 9, no one answered the drive thru so pulled into a stall to order..no answer there either even though there was employees at the window and taking out other order. Left and went else where

I do not understand why it takes over 10 minutes to be helped when at a stall. Literally every single time I’m here this happens. Drive thru isn’t much better.

Ordered online I know I ordered a big red 44 ounce which I got but I also ordered a diet cherry limeade 44 ounce that I didn’t get when I told them about this they said it only shows one drink. I looked back at the ticket and it showed that I didn’t order it even though I did so essentially they’re accusing me of lying. They said either I could re-order the drink on the app at half price or they can bring it up at the window for full price I work for fast food, so I know all the fake lines that there are they think they’re funny being able to try and pull one on me I will probably not be coming back

Stopped to get my kid some food and a shake after picking her up from work. We were the only car there when we arrived. We were greeted by a guy that seemed upset that we were there. Rushed through as I talked he would cut me off. He completed the entire order wrong as if he wasn’t listen at all. I had to push the button to call him back cause he said anything else and the total all on one breath and hung up. Then corrected our order rudely.. at one point he even said what is that to a slush with ice cream in it. Same jerk brought it too us. Rude as hell again. Order was wrong and food was barely cooked. Vasquez the server that’s rude has lost our service. Vasquez if you don’t like your job just find another. Don’t have to be in service if you don’t want to serve.

Ordered two footlong conys with onions and jalapeños and they didn't put chili on the cony dogs! No cheese either. I've been to this sonic several times and they've never missed putting chili on my footlong cony dogs until this trip! Very bad!

I had a very simple order and the staff managed to get it wrong 3 times In a row. By the 3rd time, my order was still wrong and the food was cold. Even worse, the staff seemed to be upset with me about them messing

Ordered a BACON cheese burger with no tomatoes. I apparently paid for the tomatoes that I didn't want instead of the Bacon. Then I get talked down to because they don't make any mistakes.. no big deal I just won't return. I didn't have this problem when I was a cook at the 3 sonic locations that I worked for. ??‍♂️

Waited in a car stall for almost 10 minutes, nobody came on the speaker, had to go through the drive through and it took about 10 minutes to get food out as well as they didn’t give me my sauce and the chicken strips are over cooked. I’ve been to this sonic multiple times and there’s been times I went and they forgot about me and my order.
