Don't ever order from here through DD or similar apps. Because they will put you at the end of the line while making drive thru orders first. The reason that food got a 1 star is because that part of the order sat out for over 10 minutes while waiting for the drinks to be made.

First time at this location. Seemed like we were tolerated. Order was for an iced coffee and a cake pop. My name wasn't taken. While other customers a head of me were called by name for orders. I barely heard the girl call out the drink then barely place the cake pop and say cake pop as she was looking away. It was $10 for both items.Other employees were kinder and friendlier to their customers.

All I know is there coffee is horrible it tastes like it's burnt and now with their prices have gone up for me it's not worth it.. I prefer to make my own it's a lot cheaper..

I work for door dash and went to pick up an order. Lady said she was working on it. I ran to my car to get my purse so I could make a purchase of my own. Came back. My order was done and told them I was waiting on another order for door dash and stood there waiting…. She had gotten done with the order and didn’t even let me know. Rude. Bad customer service. I’ll never spend a cent there again!
I frequent this Starbucks and I always receive my order quickly and it is always right. The baristas that work here are happy and several go out of their way to provide great customer service. Today Hannah greeted me through the drive thru speaker for my mobile order and asked me about my weekend while she checked the status. I never leave reviews like this but it was such an awesome customer experience I had to leave a note to tell Hannah great job and thanks for making my morning!

I enjoy SB. I would like to see some additional sugar free syrup choices like hazelnut for sure. We are a country that needs to reduce sugar intake & more availability of choices will help.

At the time of this writing there are only two reviews for this location and they are both one star. They are also almost two years old which might help put into context that things appear to have changed.Today I stopped in at this location for the first time and was very impressed by the customer service. I usually order on my SB app and just pick up my drink. And that's exactly what I did today. The difference is that they paid attention to which drink I grabbed and then asked me by name if I needed anything else. Well done, that was above and beyond. The store itself is move or less any SB you'd find in the area. There is a decent amount of parking, a drive-thru and reasonable amount of seating. The inside was well kept and clean. Overall, I very much so enjoyed my visit and plan on returning.
