New store, great people, good service. Friendly Texans! Tried the Oleato drink. It was OK. Server said she would make me another drink if I didn’t like it, that was a kind offer. It was not bad so I drank it.

Was so excited to get a coffee drink to start my day off Monday. 5-7 workers all doing drive thru had to leave after waiting 10 mins to not even get my order taken. I get drive through times but I clearly was there before the line got too long , couldn’t wait any longer would have been late to work. Workers were rude and ignored me like I wasn’t even there. Can’t even get a coffee on a bad day to make it better anymore.

There is a barista that works here she has red hair and is very sweet and is such a blessing. She blessed me this morning 12/12/23 because she saw I was struggling. In my overwhelming state I didn’t get to express how grateful I am and how she made my day. She is amazing. I know I said thank you but I didnt get to express it right. I tried to call the store but I didn’t get an answer so I thought I’d post here. This Starbucks always has amazing service! The people here are always kind and friendly! God bless them

I got 2 drinks in which there was a blonde young girl who didn’t ask if I wanted iced or hot, and the way she typed our drinks out on the screen seemed a lot different than other times. The service was rude and my drink was made completely different. Wouldn’t come here again.

Almost 30 minutes is a little ridiculous wait time for not being busy. Store full of employees and then they just leave but 2 employees. one on drive-through no one on front line and one girl making coffee.Not impressed with location y’all need to get it together. I love my coffee
Why does this location NEVER have dark roast, no matter what time you go?

This location is out of the way for me. So, I don't end up here often. But each time I've visited I've been pleased with the service and my beverage. There isn't a lot that makes location stand out from other locations. They have a fair amount of seating if you want to stay and enjoy your beverage. There is also plenty of parking which is nice. If/when I end up on the south side of Amarillo I'll swing by and hit it up again.
