I usually enjoy my food but just now on 06/18/23 the customer service was fantastic.I work in service industry so it's so amazing when people go above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy. That person was Clay at the SW 45th location; he was absolutely amazing and very kind. His presence and passion for the job makes me appreciate his effort and makes me feel like I made the right decision to come to Subway today. People like Clay keep customers happy and I'm glad I had him make my food which was great and correct. I talked to him and personally thanked and appreciated him so that he knows he's appreciated. The fact the employee talked more then us proved to be a problem in relaying how we wanted our sandwiches made... then drowns the steak & cheese with mayo.. oh hey no mayo we will need to start over, oH well that's how it's comes.. yes but not how I wanted it.. but sir that's how it comes.. I'm the one that's eating it and that's not the way I wanted it... but sir that's the way... aiight forget it we shall blow 50 buck somewhere else.

Nice short girl in front always is working alone by herself, she does a great job and has great costumer service, she cracks good jokes and makes everyone that comes in come out with a nicely done sandwich, 100% deserves a raise for her amazing work ethic

Well it showed up the dude that was working behind the counter said that he did not have a clue if there was only like 6 in or 12 in subs. He didn't know much but he knew that there were vegetables in meat. To be honest I wouldn't suggest eating here.

Honestly, if you do not like where you work, find a new place of employment. Patiently waited in the lobby for ten minutes prior to writing this review. The worker actually entered before I did, and never came back out from the back. How are you going to make sales when you know you have a patron waiting inside? Subpar customer service experience.
