Worst service ever employees just don't care gave us our food cold and only had 1 customer inside I ordered online so the wait would be less was so wrong 2 people working I really don't care about the wait just there is no excuses for the food being cold after all the wait.

What is up with Subway??? The employees were complaining they were over worked and under paid. No bread, meats I felt bad in a way but didn’t like the way one was talking about the place. Where is the district manager? Where is the shift manager? Other customer were turned away because they were out of product. Some customers said they had been to other locations and the same thing there what’s going on subway????

Ordered online for about a $60 order. I waited for over 30 minutes in the curbside parking and the app said it was ready. I called and they told me they were out of the bread I ordered…. I waited almost an hour just for them to tell me they were out of the bread I ordered? They couldn’t come out and explain the situation?? When I finally got my order there was no sorry about the wait or confusion or anything! Just handed it to me and walked away. Very unprofessional and rude.

The 2 young employees were very professional and very knowledgeable about their work i was really impressed with their customer service in the greeting and service time getting in and out that I will be back at that location on western and hillside across from sonic and the rest of a wonderful day visiting that subway what great inspiration they left me with these two employees it was a young lady & young manParking: This was Sunday the 22nd on westernKid-friendliness: There were a father and son I watched and listened how well they were treated that this was going to be a great day that im going to gift both the employees the next time they are working when I go in before the end of the month to let them know how important they are with their service they gave me.

Worst customer service I've ever had, the sandwich was awful, and the kids working there haven't been trained in any way whatsoever! I mean how hard is it to build a sandwich??? The 'new hand sliced' is a joke, one shaved slice thick and eight slices of cheese so basically they are charging 13.99 for a foot long almost grilled cheese!! Nope, I won't make that mistake again! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BEFORE YOU TURN THEM LOOSE ON THE PUBLIC!!!

Burt bread that turned to dust is a very big problem. Standards should exist that would ensure the quality of your product consistency. This is sad, we frequented at least 2-3 times a week. Won't be back.

So I ordered a Philly chesesyeak with pepper jack onions and bell peppers. It's 101 outside . Ii asked for it not to be toasted. It's my bad . She put it together then said the meat and cheese are cold. I paid for the sandwich. Threw it in the trash on my way to get 2 corn dogs . I will never eat there again. I promise you I will get my 12.00 back outta subway one way or another.

Worst subway I have ever been to. We have tried this subway several times hoping it would be better cause its close to our house but it is always terrible. Best thing they could do is close this one.

Just got a sandwich from here and they gave me no cheese even though I paid for it and wrapped the sandwich in the plastic to, what it looks like, hide the fact that they put no cheese in there. Def not going back to this one. They obviously do not care about there jobs in there, HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES!!!

I am really a fan of Subway sandwiches; however, I will not return to this location at Western & Hillside/58th. The staff service is non-existent, horrible, rude, disrespectful, lazy, and incompetent. Over the years I have had a bad experience nearly every time I've gone here, but this time was awful so I will not be going back to this location. Ordered two subs through the app, chose the "curbside" option as had a small child asleep in the car. Store was not busy, only one car in the parking lot. Parked, followed instructions to notify I was "here" as instructed. And waited and waited. Only customer there came out and left, another pulled up, went inside & ten minutes later left. And I waited. After nearly 20 minutes, child wakes up so go inside. As I walked up to the door, I could here blaring music before I opened it. Went inside to find one person behind counter. She just stared at me, no greeting or asking what we needed. I finally told her I had an in app purchase and had "checked in" more than 20 minutes ago, had to repeat it 3 times and shout due to loud music, did ask her to turn it down and she screams at someone in the back who came out and spoke very rudely asking what I wanted-- again had to practically shout to be heard, she rolled her eyes, made hand gestures and returned to the back. The other worker said "we ain't got your order or notification" - as I could see the order on the counter behind her, I told her that apparently they had as it was already in a bag on the counter behind her. She said she was busy making a to go order and practically threw the bag at me -- all the while the music is still playing very loud. Didn't notice till we got home that there was so much mustard - regular even though I ordered honey mustard - it made the subs soggy. The bacon was practically raw and the ingredients requested weren't on the sub. Sad and disappointing.

Missing the 5 dollar foot long... 10 bucks a sandwich seems extreme to me for what it is. Still delicious, went two days in a row. Easy on the belly, and filling.
