Flowers are beautiful but our order was placed February 2nd to be delivered to a business on Valentine’s Day. The recipient had to pick them up on Valentine’s Day! They weren’t even made and ready at 5:00 pm Valentine’s Day.

My husband ordered me flowers to be delivered to my work and they said before my work they have them there well 5 comes and he calls and they say they will deliver them to our house. 9pm comes around and STILL NO FLOWERS. So I call and they say sorry we can delivere tomorrow! Like no we paid for VALENTINES DAY not some random day. Very sad. Will not use again.

Did not fulfill order for Valentine’s Day 14th I called in the morning to place an order and didn’t hear back from them so I called them twice at the end of the day and I was told the first call that they were being delivered. Second call they say their van broke down.. this place has the worse service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Sweet creations has the most delicious chocolates!! I received chocolate covered strawberries and they were so crisp and delicious. If you go, ask for Ren or Alanna! Great people! Great service!

Do not use this place!!! My son had a horrible experience! He paid 120 dollars! They were delivered three days late! And looked like they were half dead!! They tried to get some of their money back and they said no ! We are a small business! Dons buy flowers from these people!

I’d there was a rating of zero, I’d give it that. I ordered a candy bouquet on their website to be delivered on 12/29/21 for a birthday. Here it is 1/1/22 and still no sign of delivery. They sure were quick to take the money. If this is how they conduct all their business, they shouldn’t be open. Oh yes, tried calling but no one answers the phone and I left a voicemail. Still no call back. I also left a message through Facebook, still no response. To say I’m disappointed in their service would be a great understatement

I'm from Clovis new Mexico. Alanna is by far the sweetest I ordered over the phone a few months ago and I was beyond happy with the friendly service I received. I finally stopped in to meet her in person and order a goodie basket and she stopped what she was doing just to make my last minute goodie basket. This is by far my go to place for a special treat if I could rate it higher I sure would..?

I ventured out to try "Sweet Creations" and they cancelled my order late on the delivery day!I received an email of cancellation at 3:08pm and I immediately tried to call and no one answers the phone.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This made my day! I got the call that my mother was hospitalized yesterday, so I called in and spoke with Alanna about getting an arrangement made. She worked to provide me options within my budget and even got it delivered to BSA for me since I live in Arlington. Wonderful and understanding people make magic here!

I called few days before Mother’s Day and the lady that I talked to was very polite but I am very disappointed with the flower arrangements. She said she will make me a pretty mixed flowers but unfortunately it was few sunflower and green leaves. I spent good money for an unsatisfactory bouquet of flowers for my mom which I think was definitely not worth it. We were very unsatisfied after seeing the pictures my mom sent us
