We will never eat Taco Bell again. A family of 4 cost $35 to feed. We could sit down at a nice restaurant for that price. And the food was not good and the portions were pathetic. I’d have pictures if I wasn’t driving.

I know you didn’t just try to purposefully tamper with my food and pretend it’s an accident because the way that was bagged was pretty sus! The tortilla chips were literally spilt all over the bag and my Crunchwrap was literally under a box all the way on the bottom of a big bag. You know it would get smashed that way and they were kinda rude at the speaker I don’t understand why there were 2 people talking misunderstanding? I do understand being new but be a little more careful

I ordered my food and by the time I got there they had it ready for pickup it was nice and warm and everything was included nothing was forgotten. Everybody including my picky son liked what they got I even got extras on the hot sauce and on the napkins which is a big deal since I have kids thank you for the dinner

I’m writing this as I wait in the drive thru line. I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes. 25. When I got here there were fur cats in front of me. Now there are two. I would’ve left 20 minutes ago, but there is no way out of this line. I’m trapped. If I had a truck I’d hop the curb. This is absolutely ridiculous. Even if there is only one person working inside it should not take this long. Never again

Ordered coffee through mobile. Big mistake. They are only staffed for drive through and it seems TB incentivizes drive through service. Took 20 minutes and still had to go through drive

Holy cow.!? Got a couple burritos at 1am. Taco Bell, not hopeful. But, MAN they were fire.

Not having enough employees really causes some issues. Had spent close to 10 mins in the drive-thru, and there was only one vehicle in front of me. The vehicle behind me tried to get vehicles to go back so that he could leave? but it's hard to do that once you're in there.Food did not taste hot or fresh and it was the 5 layer burrito.... Taco Bell really should bring back the 7 layer burrito.

We ordered through door dash way before closing and our dasher sent us a message stating "They said it was closed. no more food" This is absolutely unacceptable cause we got a notification that they have verified our order and would be delivered soon.If someone puts in an order and pays for it out of pocket to have it made it should be done eregardless of closing times.
