I don't understand how this Taco Bell has a special attached training center to it, and they fail to produce anything close to normal taco bell standards. We've gone here 4 times because they are so close to our house. Every single time the food has been slop just thrown together, something has always been missing, and things we never made correctly. Get it together guys.

I got the new chicken crispinada and it was literally black. I’m not sure if it was cooked too long or what, but how can you serve someone that knowing you clearly burnt it to a crisp… I get it’s fast food, but there should be SOME standards.

I ordered a steak burrito last night, and it was the most disgusting thing that I have ever received through a drive-thru window... It was absolutely unedible!!! It was so cold and hard as a rock that I am almost certain it was discovered under a fryer and served to me!!! There is NO WAY that abomination was made even remotely fresh... NOT A CHANCE!!! I will NEVER visit this location EVER again even though I live nearby... I would rather drive 30 miles away as opposed to ever revisit this horrible location!!!

150 pm, I'm literally the ONLY person there. And they still managed to mess up the order. Nothing special, no substitutions or taking stuff off. Literally 1 grilled steak burrito, and 3 dorito tacos. Well. I got the grilled burrito, but a reg taco and a 7 layer burrito. And shared me 17$ taco bell, you suck.

I feel bad leaving this review, and in fullDisclosure I did not eat here today. I tried, but was not able to be served. I pulled into the drive through and sat for 3 minutes. Nobody would acknowledge me. I pulled around to the only foodservice window and nobody appeared to be inside. I sat there approximately 60 more seconds. I was running out of time for breakfast, as it was now 9:58am so I drove to McDonald's next door and was promptly served my meal. I called Taco Bell to see if indeed they were closed. A young man answered the phone, and when I asked if they were opened, he had to think about it and answered "yes, I believe so.." but without much conviction. I told him I was just there and nobody attended the window. He thought about this again with a long ummm, and answered that he Thought "she" was in the restroom. I told him I got breakfast at McDonald's and he said he was sorry and did not make any attempt to make this right or correct the behavior or get a manager etc. just a lack of employee talent and training. I hope their food is good, but in judging from the level of service I experienced I would probably recommend just going elsewhere.

Ordered in lobby at their little tablet thing as there was no one at the front counter. Ordered a watermelon freeze and some drinks with our order. Waited quite a while for our food. While we were waiting, my husband asked for our drinks. The lady asked him what size drinks we ordered, he gave the name of the order so she could look it up and get everything, including the freeze. She just asked again everything we ordered. He repeated the order to her. She got our cups and then told us they were out of watermelon. The watermelon was the only reason we ordered the freeze, as it was a limited time only. She asked us what other flavor we wanted and when I said we didn't want it anymore, she just kept asking what other flavor. My husband decided on another flavor and she brought us out the smallest little freeze. When I asked if it was a large, like we ordered, she got defensive and said it was largest they had. When our food came out, my taco was obviously crushed and only had cheese in one half. Looked nothing like the promotion.
