Huge shoutout to the employees at Teddy Jacks tonight (especially Maverick) We went out to eat and from the very beginning Maverick was GREAT! In the middle of eating, my daughter said she had to go potty so we went. When she was done I heard the main door open and didn't think anything of it. I opened the stall door so we could wash our hands and in the reflection of the mirror in front of us I saw a GROWN MAN in the stall next to us using the restroom. I grabbed my daughters hand and ran back to our table to let Maverick know what had happened and he didn't hesitate for a second. He went and got the manager and a handful of employees came from the kitchen to stand near the bathrooms. Mind you. The men's restroom was missing their sign but the women's sign was clearly there. Turns out he had been there all day when the live band got there and had been drinking too much. Could have been an honest mistake? Not sure. But be safe out there ladies! And trust your gut!!

Great atmosphere, great service, food? Not so much. The good is costly and what you get tastes and looks like something you would microwave at home. I got Chicken and Rice with Swiss with Broccoli. The broccoli I'll admit was very flavorful and tasty. The rest of the meal not so much. The chicken was extremely dry and the cheese tasted like cheese from a Kraft single. My gf ordered a Margarita Pizza I think it was called. They brought her a cheese pizza with two tomatos set on top of each slice. Skip this place.Dietary restrictions: They did have Gluten free options that I noticed.

Food was pretty good. Service was solid. Real highlight was a kids menu with nine different items. My kids wanted a second visit just because they could get whatever they wanted from pasta to tenders to tacos.Kid-friendliness: Big and varied kids menu.

Sadly, the food was bad enough to drag down the entire experience. It used to be amazing food, but little by little the quality has decreased, to the point that last time my dish was nearly inedible. I very much hope they improve, and will give them another chance eventually, but I'm not holding my breath.

Passing through Amarillo and found this place by happenstance. Wow!! This place was phenomenal! The food was amazing, the staff was warm and friendly, and vibe was cool, cheery, and welcoming. Would come every time I’m in Amarillo!

I have been 3 times, and every time, the server forgot to either turn in an order or turn in the whole wrong order. Food was not really worth the delay. Management just stands around attempting to look important with no real meaning.
