The food, service, and ambiance of this Waffle House here are amazing. As soon as we entered, the service was amazing and efficient. After my meal order was taken, I was sitting there 2-3 minutes, and then the food arrived. It was all very delicious and tasty. I ordered The Cheesesteak Bowl because I like those, and they're great. The kind people attending each and every customer are too kind ? and helpful. I wish to go here if I ever visit this part of Texas again, Amarillo. My travels through the panhandle are limited, but if I ever embark on another journey through here, I will visit this exact Waffle House. The view outside of the windows is great, and I liked viewing, broadcasting, spectating, and watching the exterior of this exact, precise Waffle House. I am very amazed by how cool it was to be here and I like this place. The quantity of times that I will explore this part of the great state of Texas is unknown, but we shall see, and I will try to come here if I ever go up to Northern Texas ever again. I don't find anything to do often up here, as it is only a passing through city for me. That may or may not change in the near or far future. The course of events in the future is often unknown and unpredictable. We shall wait and eventually find out whether or not this sort of event will ever happen in the future, again.Vegetarian options: You can order fruits, and that is very awesome and important to specific customers. Certain religions and allergies do not permit the consumption of certain foods.Dietary restrictions: You have the option of learning explanations/ingrediants of each and every singular, individual meal that one may order. I only visit this location in Amarillo, but haven't been here in a while. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Though the food was just as we ordered, tasted great and was hot, and our server was friendly and attentive, the cleanliness was lacking horribly. The table even after server cleaned it, had milk or cream spots,my water glass still had the long smudges of whatever the previous customer had in it. On the INSIDE of the cup. The restrooms were not maintained and dirty.Parking: The parking lot has potholes and may a little harder for handicapped to get to entrance.
This particular amarillo location has been the only one I visit. Unfortunately, I most likely won't be any more. Our server was very diligence in making sure we were greeted and we had everything. But the cleanliness is not very good. The cup of water I received was not clean, actually still had the previous drink drippings on the side, the table had dried milk or cream spots, and the restrooms weren't maintained.Our food was great! Cooked exactly right and served hot. But for me, cleanliness, is very important. My server received a high tip because of his customer service and quick smile.

Normally go to one on 45th, decide to try this one tonight as it was closer to where we are at, the waitress slammed down my coffee, was not friendly, very rude service almost walked out gave it shot, lady took my order and left the check on table before I even got my food, I have had bad service at waffle house before , bit this was worst.. if you don't like your job please don't take it out on your customers , last ti.e I will be back too this location! I will drive the extra mile to go to my regular stop from here on out !

Much different than I thought over the last 5 years since I’ve been to the Waffle House.The food was mediocre and customers was semi okay. The atmosphere wasn’t great as the place of the kitchen was all dirty and the chefs were using their hands to clean out pans instead of utensils.The chef had the bacon slinging around as they were taking it to the grill and touching their clothes.Gloves were not being changed nor did I see hands being wash after handling over 15+ orders.As someone who works at a Fast Food, I’d give this an F.Hopefully seeing this review will help everyone make better changes for the place.

It's wafflehouse if you haven't been you may be a little skeptical, but for good reason. The food is standard breakfast food but it seems to always hit the spot! Can't go wrong, there is better breakfast options but this is down home style breakfast.

Stopped by on our way through. The chef has worked here 23 years and knows her stuff! She can flip an egg in a pan like no one's business! Our waitress was warm and friendly and they banter back and forth in a fun, lighthearted way. It reminded me of the small town I grew up near with a friendly atmosphere and a happy smile greeting you in the wee hours of some morning that brings you in for a good cup of coffee and some hot breakfast fresh off the griddle. ?
Restaurant was nasty. The girls waiting were behind on dishes and there were only a few folks there. Tha 1 had to be high cause she would just start singing out loud then stop. Then start talking about other employees out loud. I told her what I wanted to drink and she stared at me, both of them did. The food was good , but it took a while to get a drink w my food cause they were too busy clowning around. They really should drug test these folks

Haven't been here in awhile. The place looks pretty dingy and dirty... kind of like the coffee cup I was given. The waffle was about 1/4 inch (or less) thick. Pretty disappointing given the fact that this is the Waffle House! The bacon was good and our waitress was super sweet!
