The employees are very nice and friendly, the service is fast and accurate and the food was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks.Parking: Plenty of spots that are well marked and easily accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap parking spots are well marked and give plenty of room for those in wheel chairs, they also have ramps to make getting inside the building easy and safe.

The employee that served us, Hayden, was excellent!! My wife has dietary restrictions and he was very understanding and more than accommodating even giving suggestions. It's rare to find real customer service anymore and we're glad Hayden practices it. Also, the other person that was working in the kitchen, John, was incredibly nice as well and had no problems with the special accommodations. Both of these gentlemen, I was able to conversate with, understand customer service. We need more employees like John and Hayden!! We will definitely come back!!!Dietary restrictions: They are able to make certain things gluten friendly.

Location was OK right off the freeway.The guy came from dry through to the front counter to take. My order was very polite. Food was great hot and fresh. The only problem I had with this location was while I was waiting for my food. Another gentleman came in to order his. Food and the young lady at the counter that was helping them. Didn't ask if he was ready. She just stood there and complete silence. Took his order didn't give him the amount of the order and didn't say thank you at the end. Maybe she couldn't speak or maybe she was just rude. You're not happy at your job. Look for something else, but the food was great.

Everytime I come here I am greeted in a professional manner even when they are swamped drive thru and interior. Jerome is one of the most professional and polite men I have met at a fast food establishment even when people are shooting orders out quickly. The interior cashiers are just as great although I do not know those women's names. I have never had an issue with an order coming out incorrectly or otherwise cold. I would rate 10/5 just on employees alone.

I noticed I got charged twice for the same meal on a Friday around 5pm. Left a message for the day shift manager to call me since I was told no one could help me when I called around 6pm.No one called me all weekend which regardless I was waiting for the charge to come off pending because maybe it could’ve been just a glitch.Monday comes around and I’m still charged twice so I call before heading over after work and they hang up on me once they hear I needed a manager’s assistance. So I call back several times and it just rings and rings and rings.Disrespectful AF.Update: called from my cell phone after work and the original guy who took my order answered and was as helpful as he could be as staff.Ultimately I just went to my bank to dispute the charges since I was having to waste my time trying to call/arrive when the owner was in store.

Food is just like any other fast food place. Brats seemed old. Kraut was old. Definitely wouldn’t eat here again.One of the employees decided they were special when dropped off. So since there so special they blocked not one but 2 handicapped spots after they flew into the parking lot almost hitting my wife and I.The people on the line in back are extremely loud and use copious amounts of foul and vulgar language. For sure won’t ever go back here.
