Always come to this Wingstop always been nice with the employees and patient but tonight worst service ever messed up our food and so we called back I understand they’re closed but I wanted to speak to manager before the next day about the mess up with my order and called someone answered and said they were getting a manager then hung up on me called a few more times thinking it disconnected and someone answered saying quit calling we’re closed bye now …that’s a way to lose regular or any customers not okay.. will be calling corporate that’s ridiculous

I asked for well done fries extra crispy they and we'll seasoned which is extra seasoned the fries were flat out soggy and no flavor, then my wings weren't sauced enough I mean it was busy but I don't know I feel like I could have got what I paid for you know then I was asked for my receipt to get a cup when I ordered a combo.

Never had a worse experience dealing with a manager in my life. All I have to say is make sure your order is correct before you leave because apparently it's against corporate policy to give refunds. All employees were pretty rude besides the one young girl who was working on sweeping the place up while everyone was standing in the kitchen around the managers phone listening to blaring music. If you expect to get a response from the manager you will have to wait until he is done on his phone and eye contact is out of the question. Judging by the way the manager acts it makes sense why the employees aren't too worried about customer service and filling orders correctly.

The food was beautiful, or thou the corn and the fries were abit cold and the fries where soggy, the chicken was perfect. The service could have been abit more welcoming but overall wasnt the worse. We enjoyed our meal. The parking was very assessable. The store looked very clean and welcoming. A great place to take your family for a meal. Thank you wingstop!

I waited about 30 minutes for them to unlock the door. When I went inside I made my order at the end of my order I called my husband to make sure the price was ok. the cashier haley hernandez at the register told the back to hold my order back when I got on the phone. I asked why she said because I was on the phone. A few more people came in behind me but the other cashier was Taking care of them.But I don't appreciate her attitude when I'm the customer and I just made a quick call I don't think that's so wrong. I was the first one here and the first one in.
