“(4) Stars for Angleton, Tx location on Mulberry St/Hwy 35. Here facility has FINALLY been renovated ? Prior to renovations it was ALWAYS clean, employees are usually friendly/fast/efficient & get orders correct regardless of teen employees & however busy they can get during a rush hour ? KUDOS! However, DON'T GO to Angleton's newest location on the loop towards TDECU. That location REPEATEDLY has roaches cruising around the exterior of the standing/wait area/in front of the prep area/customers side as they prep your sandwich as if business as usual!!!! Ewh! Much disregard here lately. No1 wants contaminated food where vermin has danced on it!!! Get an exterminator or temp close business until health ordinance does it's duty ?“
“I really like how this subway is ran. I came in to eat with my family. While we were there, we witnessed employees leave and come back with supplies they must have been out of. To make sure customers could have what they ask for. To me, that shows dedication to customers. The food is always made to order the way you want it done. If they are out of a certain product (which is understandable because all stores seem to be having supply issues with distributors) they try to offer something simular to what you are wanting. I also like how the salads are now made with the dressing on them and no longer have the packets. More often than not, you may want more dressing than the packets have. So having them put the dressing on the top when you order, allows you to get how much you want. I always come in the evening and the gentlemen who work their are always nice. They make your experience more relaxed by greeting and smiling while you're ordering. It use to not be as good but seems to be turning around for the better.Dietary restrictions: I have had to ask them to put fresh gloves on due to being allergic to certain veggies. They always are understanding and willing to do so. Not many companies do that without attitude anymore.“
