I don’t know if it’s only the night shift, but they’re so lazy and rude every time I come. And don’t even bother asking for extra stuff in your ice cream because they’ll charge you but won’t put it. I went to ask for an extra cup and before I could, the lady slammed the window. Like???

Yikes… this was our first time at the Anna location. Our milkshakes were VERY runny- not at all the texture of a milkshake. My daughter’s strawberry milkshake tasted like mint- as if it had been prepared in the same mixer as my mint blizzard. On top of that, it took forever. There was only one car in front of us to order when we got there and it still took about 20 minutes. Maybe they are low staffed but we won’t be back for a while

Don't ever door dash from here they always get the order wrong they never answer the phone and then they send the ice cream with no cover it seems like the management team is failing big Time and the fact that the DoorDash driver would even take an order in this condition is a whole different conversation 0 starts

I have been to this DQ location (in Anna) only a few times since they opened, but each time I have received GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The employees are always friendly and polite so I just wanted to recognize them because it seems that basic pleasantries have gone out the window at so many places nowadays. Next time we go, I will make a point of remembering specific names.

The white manager, Jen, thinks it's ok to use the n-word on social media and work related chats, and to bully, and encourage the bullying of, teenagers. Not acceptable. Corporate was made aware and she's still employed there. ?

Always a good experience here, out of multiple visits, only had an issue with food and it was simply just being over cooked. All it took to solve the issue was mentioning it to someone to have it taken care of. Only downside is how over priced the ice cream is, not as bad as a few other places but still a little high.Parking: Ample parking for the size
