This is the only place that I will be happily banned to door dash from. I went in twice tonight and was stuck with such long wait times, I was losing money. I wasn't able to pick up a single order and did not want to sit with the 10 understandably angry customers.

I arrived with more than 20 minutes left before closing and they closed the door on me when I got out of my vehicle and despite having product in the ovens for immediate delivery they refused to sell me it is worth mentioning that their closing time is at 9

Told 10-15 minutes, waited over 40 minutes for 1 order or the small crazy puffs had 0 information given to me about my order ever. Didnt even start it my order yet at all at after over 40 minutes waiting. Then when i asked for a refund the cashier rolls her eyes at me cause i said to not tell people 10-15 minutes if youre this behind. But dont worry the owner made sure to get his 2 friends their free pizza in less then 5 minutes.

This location has got to be by far the worst place ever!!! You get your email confirmation that your order is ready, you go in to pick up your order and it's not there. You then proceed to the counter where they have no clue where your order could be or that you even placed an order even though you're showing them the order confirmation, receipt of payment and the email saying your food was ready and in the portal. Now they won't give us a refund, but expect us to sit and wait for them to remake it. Will NEVER order here again!!

LC's is a criminally underrated fast food pizza joint. Their pizza's match up with any of their competitors AND doesn't cost as much. I had the cheese pizza with some AWESOME garlic cheese breadsticks, the latter of which I would double my order next time because they were so good. If you are looking for fast food pizza, give LC's a try.

Very bad experience, they charged me for a pizza that had to have cheese on the edge, and they gave me a regular one, I went to make the claim and they only told me that they couldn't do anything, because I had placed the order online.
Landon is the best worker in the store, the store was extremely dirty and unkept, I saw a bug crawling on the floor in the store, Landon definitely deserves a raise for his professional language and kind service, he informed me of deals i could redeem and specials, overall the store is awful but Landon was very helpful.

Never have the pizza ready on time. There is an at least 20-30 minute delay from the time you're supposed to pick up the pizza. Also, I ordered wings on my order, my husband waits 30 minutes up there after we already had a 40 minute eta on pizza pick up time, so an additional 30 minutes on top of that, and they say "we're out of wings". Which just doesn't make sense to me to not call immediately and advise so. They reimbursed us, but this location is continuously late, unprofessional, and unorganized. If they cared I'm sure it would be our go to spot, but like most places in Anna, bad service deters us from every visiting again.
