I ordered some pizza from this place, first they trying to give me a large pizza that belong to another customer. Second, I got my food. Ate it. About 2am, I started throwing up. Never again, I get food from this place.

Pulled into the drive through and no one ever came to the window, why have one? Went inside, paid, they said it would be just a couple of minutes. I waited and waited. Finally someone checked on me again, then handed me a pizza that had been there a long time! While waiting, I got to listen to very inappropriate conversation from the staff. Food was very good.

Whoever decided to charge customers for crushed red pepper should be fired. I will not tolerate blatant corporate greed. You have lost a loyal customer. That's like charging for ketchup and napkins.Vegetarian options: It's okay

Pizza was delivered 50 minutes late. It was delivered by Door Dash and it was cold. The only reason I ordered from Pizza Hut is Mama Mia’s is closed on Tuesdays.

I see some people not appreciating the wonderful job everyone does here. Every single person I have interacted with has been the ideal employee. Certainly fantastic work ethic, and customer service. I can't applaud their good work enough.
I see all these reviews bashing the manager and the food from here.I was online and was trying to order one of the weekly specials, one large 1 topping for $9.99, cool! Threw it in the cart and went to check out and was hit with, "the minimum purchase for ordering online is $10.99". Umm, why are you selling a $9.99 pizza then, but okay, let's add the 99 cent red pepper shaker (which the regular packets are free but let's just move along). Added that and clicked checkout annnnnd... Nope, total is $10.98, once.cent.shy of the required total to order online. Paused, breath slowly, then call the store. First person I talked to couldn't answer so she passed me over to Elijah, whom I'm guessing is the shift manager. He was nothing but helpful. "Hey, I'm not sure why the online is giving you issues but I'll take your order over the phone, no problem."That is the text book definition of customer service. I was cordial, he was cordial, I ordered my pizza which was delivered timely and delicious and everyone was happy. Thanks, Elijah! it's not your fault the corporate website sucks. ;)

Terrible experience. No Contact-less employees, No front counter employees, and no customer service at all for about 20 minutes. Food not browned to instructions had to cook it at home for 6 minutes!!

Just had the worst customer service experience over the phone... Didn't even order because they couldn't understand very basic direct questions like "what is the price for the coupon you applied to my order?" They kept trying to answer other questions I didn't ask...

I had a good experience with them when the lady was working there .. That guy name Elijah is so so rude and mean I just knew he was going to make my pizza bad just his energy on the phone and he charged me for two sauces and didn't even get my sauce... his customer service is terrible I will never order from them again because of him .. I called him and told him be forgot my sauce than he's like " oh ok " like didn't even apologize wow
