Absolutely delicious buffets. There is something for all tastes. For 3 people only around $60, for all you can eat, absolutely OK.But the best thing by far was the service. Thank you for the excellent service. (a very friendley girl from California, sorry i forgot your name)
My family is visiting the Corpus Christi and Aransas from North TX. We found the Butter Churn Restaurant quite by accident and we are so glad we did. The buffet style restaurant is clean, family friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. Notably, the atmosphere is peaceful and the staff super friendly. Thank you for a great meal and lovely experience.

I shouldn't have to pay $31 to feed one person, myself. My ticket was ~$21 but after getting a to go box, 1 pound of meat is ~$19.95 plus whatever else you're trying to take with you.Service was great, employees are super nice, food was great.

The food is ok. But the desserts need some attention. You would think they'd have pies and some cakes instead of peach and apple cobbler and bread pudding every day. The soft serve ice cream is of a low quality. Please buy a better quality ice cream mix.

First adding pic of bill, as I couldn't find the price of the buffet online and had noticed a couple of reviewers complaining about the prices going up. Lunch buffet - $14.47, not bad considering the wide selection, quality of the food, as well as some healthy choices. A burger, fries, and drink can easily run $15+ at a sit down restaurant anymore. Drinks is where they add to the profit margin which I get, thanks to the inflation over the last 3 years, it's a tough go to balance expense vs what restaurants charge, I don't envy them. Service is welcoming and spot on. As far as the food, Cowboy Steak (slider sized smothered HB steaks) were good, Chicken n Dumplings were better than most you'll find in a restaurant, veggies and salad bar were very good. They also have a couple of soups to select from. I'd definitely go back to try other meat dishes, veggies from the wide selection they have, and a bowl filled with cornbread smothered in beans.Vegetarian options: I think a vegetarian would be able to find many options here.
