I have never in my life and the history of this food place had a bad experience here. I have luved this place since the dairy king. Idk what a few bad apples have to say, but they were sure not FROM this town. Like I AM.Kid-friendliness: Kids luv icecream so do adults. Its all good.

Day shift is the absolute best!!! The food is outstanding and the Heath Confection is great! I believe Kristy is her name (sorry if I got it wrong) she is management material and knows how to treat her customers!I'm not saying anything bad about the other shifts. Day shift just has a little bit more of an edge on the food and friendliness.

I honestly do not even want to give one star. Every time we come here, we get awful service. This time we went there, we waited 30 MINUTES!! 30 minutes for food, and when we got the food it was really cold. Like it was just pulled out of the refrigerator. We got a chicken strip basket and a burger, both cold. And the gravy that came with the chicken strips, it tasted and had the consistency of water. Will not be returning!

My experience at Dairy Queen ordering takeout was horrible. My Hispanic family and I did our best to order over the loudspeaker and the girl taking orders kept laughing at us because we were having a hard time pronouncing the main items and we stopped in front and waited for our order but then the La another girl deliberately dropped her baked brownie ice cream on the floor and laughed in our faces because she thought it was funny. For us it was not funny at all. I called that customer service rude and racism with their terrible habit of behavior. I would not recommend visiting Dairy Queen again my first time there ruined by a problem of careless employee behavior.

Mi experiencia en Dairy Queen pidiendo comida para llevar fue horrible. Mi familia hispana y yo hicimos lo mejor que pudimos para ordenar a través del altavoz y la chica que tomaba los pedidos seguía riéndose de nosotros porque estábamos teniendo dificultades para pronunciar los elementos principales y nos detuvimos al frente y esperamos nuestro pedido, pero luego el La otra chica dejó caer deliberadamente el helado de brownie horneado en el suelo y se rió de nuestras caras porque pensó que era gracioso. Para nosotros no fue nada gracioso. Llamé a ese servicio al cliente grosero y racismo con su terrible hábito de comportamiento. No recomendaría volver a visitar Dairy Queen mi primera vez allí arruinada por un problema de comportamiento descuidado de los empleados.

I've always had a decent experience here. Clean restrooms, prompt service, and good food. Tonight I had the Frito chili cheese crunch burger and tots. Pretty dang good.
Avoid the lukewarm warm burgers at this DQ location, hot food is a thing of the past at the Aransas Pass location. Asked Alisa for a HOT cheeseburger, #2 belt buster, got snubbed by the counter person, food delivered to the table under a safe temperature. Disappointment costs $13.77 at the 535 W. Cleaveland Ave. Aransas Pass DQ. Go anywhere else for hot food served at a safe to eat temperature. Also, for the 30 minutes we were there, staff had a great time visiting with each other, but no one would mop up this nasty spill. Sad.

Don’t appreciate they downsized the salad without changing the price on the menu. Chicken salad is like half of what it used to be and is still $10 ? Also waited over 20 minutes and they didn’t give me ranch ?
