I live in the area and today is my final time bringing my business to this location. I hate having to drive 6 miles to the next subway for good service or even to get the basics to make a sandwich.This place is always missing 1 of the breads advertised, ATLEAST 2 toppings, aging toppings, the servers are too low to hear, the energy is low, the fresh drinks are nearly empty, I called twice before I went to see if they would have all ingredients and no one answered the phone, I went inside and called the phone while I WATCHED 2 people not even attempt to answer the ringing phone. At first I gave this place the benefit of the doubt that it was just my luck of the days I went 2-3 times. This has been over 6 time now I have had to leave and go into Missouri city near Kroger to get what I want on a sandwich. Please do yourself a favor and just pass this place up if you want subway. FM 521 and Hwy 6 will waste your time and money.

I placed an app order on 4/15 for pick up at 7:30 p.m. The two gentleman working in the shop this evening were very rude to several customers (not me), and moved extremely slow. My food was ATROCIOUS. I requested mustard on my sub, not a sub floating on a river of mustard. It was literally oozing out of every crevice of the sandwich, rendering it inedible. The other sub was dry and scrawny, even though I ordered mayo and paid for double meat. Thank goodness I had chips and sweet tea to hold me over till the morning, because I'm too frustrated to go anywhere else. Overall, a horrible experience. Zero stars, would not recommend. ⭐️

Has the worst attitude ever , I always come here on my lunch due to it being the closest thing by my house , and this employee has a very bad attitude every visit , prior visits I let go due to the fact that everyone day might not be well, but this lady just don’t want this job and it’s show.Vegetarian options: The vegetables was frozen and stuck the Container hold them

This is my least favorite Subway in my area but at the time it was the closest to me but I regret coming here. They didn't have the bread I wanted, herb & cheese, and they also didn't have Honey Mustard. The workers are always annoyed at having to deal with customers, it's not a pleasant experience at all. I wanted to grab some cookies at the register but wouldn't you know all they had was 1 oatmeal cookie. The place isn't even busy for them to be so unprepared.

The average American gets a 30 minute lunch break including me. It should be a blessing for any restaurant including this Subway that a person picked this spot for lunch and not any other! Went in, and the Hispanic ladies were there as if they were forced to be! Extremely lazy! Which leads to poor sandwiches made and extremely poor salads!!! Bottom line, I would NEVER go back to this Subway during my lunch break. Ruined my entire day ?.

I order via app and have them delivered. I ordered today 7-25-2023 and had it delivered but they forgot my drink. I have called four times, no answer. Y'all ain't that busy. If I could come in the store I would but I cant. I just want a refund, I don't care if it's just $2.49 plus tax.The sandwiches aren't that good, it's just fast and convenient. That's my last order with this location.

Came in 30 min to close and they would not serve us no one ever came out of the back and there was one employee whom acknowledged but refused to serve us ! The service here is off the charts horrible

I ordered online and they called to tell me they don’t have the bread I wanted, ok. I get there and the older Hispanic lady at 8:30 pm Sunday, was making my Order when I walked in. I had a couple veggies doubled on the sandwiches. Thank god I caught her making the last one. She barely put any veggies on the either of the sandwiches. I opened the first sandwich and it had barely any veggies on it at all. Little no none marinara sauce as well. Her excuse was “there’s a lot of vegetables and I can’t put them on because I can’t close the sandwich. What a joke ! She barely put any on much less what I actually ordered. Then had a bad attitude after that. She finished and I said thanks and sorry if there was any trouble…..absolute silence from her. I had to ask for a couple marinara cups on the side also. A DRY MEATBALL SUB ? Old lady….stay home if can’t follow simple instructions. Ridiculous
