The girl that making my drink really nice and helpful! Everything is clean. The only thing is the price. I pay 9.46 for this drink. It's not even full filled the drink tastes so good but i don't think it worth the price.

The atmosphere is what I loved the most. It's a very Instagramable place.HOWEVER: I was disappointed by the drinks. I paid $7 (without tax + tip) for a drink that was so unbelievably single faceted. I got a brown sugar milk tea, but all I could taste was milk. I see based on other reviews that I'm not alone in thinking this is one of the worst places for boba here in Arlington. I also have a seaweed and algae allergy, so I did not know my drink came with agar-based jelly. It was not clarified on the menu nor did the cashier ask about topping preferences. This is not a dock against the cashier, but I do wish the menu would at least mention the inclusion of certain toppings in their drinks.

I've been here several times. Cute decor, plenty of tea coffee options and snacks, they're always adding new drinks to their menu. You can customize your order via an iPad up front.

Ordered Banh Trang Tron. A Cream Brûlée and Milk tea. Banh Trang Tron was so bad we took one bite and threw the whole thing away. They didnt even bother to skin the Mango. Just a messed. Cream brûlée labeled 09/18 10 days old. Milk tea selected 50% sugar but taste like 150%. What a waste of 25$

I used to work here roughly a year ago, and I would never order from here. They never enforced washing hands or wearing gloves AT ALL. When making food we were only allowed 1 glove (because the owners are too cheap for 2) and would often be told to just "use our hands" (that were not washed). Whenever we would peel beef jerky we would use our finger nails/hands to pull it apart (no gloves or washed hands). Often the trays and jellies that we put into drinks would have mold on them and we would be told to "pick the ones without mold" or to "scrape it off" by the owners. They also had a sketchy process for the teas where we would put a tea from, for example, 8/27 into a different container to make it easier to use for the day, but when that tea didn't sell, we would change the label to 8/28 at the end of the day, so you could never know how old it really was. The owners were often very irresponsible (leaving me to close the store several times when I was not paid to do so or in any position to). The sauces we used in food were often from extremely old containers covered in mold. Also the owners regularly had their young child playing with ingredients and running around the kitchen drooling on everything which is lowkey gross. I would get to work around 5pm and open the almost empty 1/2 and 1/2 contained to make a drink and it would be chunky and extremely spoiled (mind you, they had been using this ALL DAY).The staff I worked with was great, but the things the owners did was unacceptable and I hope that nobody ever orders here. If you get sick from this place, don't be surprised. This was a while back, so things might of changed (although I suspect it got worse based on the reviews). They had several other health code violations, but I think you get the idea. Also their drinks aren't even good and can be easily made at home instead of spending 7 dollars on expired ingredients.

I used to love this place when they first opened, but a few years ago I stopped coming because it didn't taste good anymore, and their prices became outrageous. I came back today to try it again, I come in and no one comes out to take the order and not even to greet you. They now have a machine for you to do it yourself while the employees just sit in the back. I ordered a coffee milk tea and it's just a plain black milk tea, also, they no longer take cash.

Cute place and pretty decorations, impressive upon walking in. I came in with my mom today, as we both like boba. There was nobody in the front when we walked in (having worked in food service myself, I completely understand when that happens.) I rang the bell to call someone to the front, turns out, you're supposed to order on a little tablet on the counter! Oops! The wait was a little long, and the drinks we got were mediocre. My mango smoothie just tasted like milk, and my mother remarked that her coconut drink was way too sweet! Currently, I feel a little sick from mine. It was an okay experience overall.

Despite what everyone says, this place is amazing and a very aesthetic place! Although it takes a little to get your order, it tastes very good! The drinks are SO GOOD, I love their milk tea!! Service was very good, sweet people.

The service was really bad, the guy came and told me that they don’t accept cash even tho they have a sign saying that they don’t accept bills larger that $20. He was so mean and disrespectful. There is no air conditioner and they have annoying fans worst experience. The drink was good but expensive.
