I wanted to eat here during my six flags trip because i thought it would be good I was hoping for a nice and delicious lunch, but was greeted with extremely rude customer service and a very confusing way of ordering they have no signs explaining what the rules are and when I had asked what we were supposed to do we got a very rude response and so we did what she said and turns out they had told other people different things. All the people that work there are teens and rude. After all the hustle of trying to figure how to order or what we were supposed to do we didn’t even end up getting the correct order this experience was not enjoyable and very unprofesional. I would not recommend this “restaurant” to anyone 0/10.

The grilled chicken salad was better than expected for theme park food. Staff was friendly but didn’t know about the vip premium pass and how to apply that to our meal. Lots of seating in a fairly spacious area. Plenty of condiments upon request.

The All-American Cafe at Six Flags over Texas seems to be like the main "American" food stand. They offer cheeseburgers, pizzas and chicken tenders. Typical amusement park food. The pizza was $14.99 and came with 2 garlic knots, and the chicken tenders were $14.99 and came with fries. The cheeseburger was $15.99 and came with fries. Amusement park food is definitely expensive, but the food itself wasn't too bad. Was it worth those prices mentioned above? Probably not - but it was still decent, OK food. The pizza bread was a little disappointing as it kinda tasted like cardboard, but the taste of the pizza wasn't too bad. The fries were unseasoned. The employees were generally friendly and quick with the food. I did visit the park on a Wednesday afternoon so it wasn't busy, but I don't know how quick the lines & foods are on busier days. I usually opt for turkey legs & funnel cakes whenever I am at the park, but I did enjoy the food here and it was air conditioned!! Best part about a hot summer day.

What do you expect, the training is bad so the food is bad. I mean would you eat a double cheese burger with hard cheese and stale buns, for $35 heck yeah! I mean at least let the cheese sit so it can melt a bit and please keep the buns in it's package until needed or else it get hard. I want to say amateur cooks, but it boils down to bad management and lack of training. Give it a couple years for better training folks.

The food was absolutely pathetic and disgusting. I honestly believe this was the worst tasting pizza and cheeseburger I have ever had. We had 2 slices of cheese pizza, 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and a cheeseburger with fries for about $75.00! The price is outrageous, the least they could do is serve decent food.

So much has changed here since the last few years. It’s more of a cafeteria style now. Pickup what you want as you go down the line. No more food snack options. And no more fries with the pizza (which the kids DID NOT appreciate!) and No More salad option as a meal! And worst of all … No More Ordering on the app! Why would you take away the app ordering??

It's like the employees are having a contest to see who can move the slowest. After over an hour in line, finally got cups to go somewhere else to get a drink. Horrible

Very very very slow service. Did the mobile ordered. It was 30 minutes after we selected the option to prepare our food before we got our food!

One cashier was working while the rest were in the back during the crowded rush lunch hour. One of the cashiers was In a bad attitude and rolling her eyes at everyone. Needs better service, better customer service and better attitudes and the cashier that did take our order was perfect

Our first visit this past weekend. We were already informed of food and drinks being pricey. We don't mind paying more for food especially at an amusement establishment. I ordered the all american bacon cheeseburger with large fries and sprite. My wife ordered two slices of pizza and a large coke that came out to be $56.00.... Cool.... I specifically said no bacon at all during my Order... Evidently it slipped someones mind, because i watched the cashier tell the cook something and he slid bacon out of a pre-made burger sitting in the window that was already there when we arrived. The two slices of cheese was stiff and cold, the double meat was luke warm. The veggies seemed fresh?.... Then to top it all off they had no lids for our large sodas and no straws so we had to chug raw on these cups that other people had their hands on. Im not going to even go off into the pizza deal. It's too much to cover.... The customer service and food department really needs to step it up. The restaurant is too nice for such poor performance. Thanks for the experience

Little knowledge of menu and useless service. Then the food was useless as well which tasted like fish. Have better service, have knowledge of the menu and have good customer service because that’s what this cafe lacks.
