Food is good.My son is practically addicted to this place.Last time we went, it was to go and it took longer than ever.Glad I wasn't too much in a hurry.Their bakery selection is also good also.

I said I wouldn’t return but I did. Two stars, one for the convenience and the other was for going back on my declaration of never returning due to previous bad experience a year ago. The place wasn’t as busy at 930 in the morning as it once way and I see why. The quality of the meat and it seasoning has fallen off. The chicharron tasted old while the ordered taco was fitted in one of the small section of the styrofoam to go box that couldn’t be held like a regular taco due to all the liquid that saturated the corn tortilla so I ate it with a fork like it was tortilla soup/stew. Bland barbacoa, langua, and carnitas… meat wasn’t fresh to say the least. I see what’s keeping this place open is the pastry section, 4:1 more people came in for the bread than for the tacos. Also the evidence of their decline in quality is their opening hours have decreased. Service was prompt because I was the only one ordering food at 930 in the morning. They do have an appropriate atmosphere with a loud blaring large screen television tuned in on a Spanish station. I am done will stick to driving the extra mile to the best restaurant for this type of food in Mansfield at “Carnitas Michoacan” they have it all figured out after years of trying.

We always come for their baked goods. The bolillos are very good as are the cookies and many pastries. The lady who helps us is so sweet and always remembers me and my kids. My kids always want to go "the cookie store."

Came here awhile back and the food was pretty good. I don't stay close, but this day I figured I'll drive the 16 miles after work and grab something for dinner. Stopped working at 7:45 got to the restaurant at 8:15 being that they close at 10pm according to online information. Saw the red Open sign..great. I walk in, it's smelling great and I'm starving. Get to the counter just to be told they are closed. What? But you close at 10pm..her response..sometimes 10 sometimes 8 or 9..Huh? What? But your door is open.. your sign is on and your hours says 10pm. Strug her shoulders and gives me the oh well look. So, disappointed I go back to the car..gotta drive 16 miles back home no food. I sat there awhile and still, sign left on and she never went to lock the door. I can understand closing 5 or 10 min early.. but nearly 2 hrs early? Not acceptable. Good thing this isn't the only place with great Latin food. Needless to say, I won't be back. That was not a good look for the business.

One of the best places to get fresh Pandedulce (Mexican Sweet Bread) try everything, you'll love it ?. And they also have fresh Mexican food. The meats are displayed in the little front counter pick your choice of meats and what sides you would like. Just like eating at grandmas house (Abuelitas). This is a hidden gem. Gracias a todos. Enjoy.
